United StatesThere was nothing to like about this Hotel (if it can be called such a thing). It was dirty, poorly equipped with bare minimal necessities, the lobby was dirty, the sofas were beyond disgusting, pillows were very very dirty and there was dust everywhere, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. The rooms, were not comfortable, furniture was outdated, broken, linens were soiled and to top off the horrific experience we had, at around 4:25 in the morning the mirror on the wall fell off the wall. It was not properly secured. This his a huge liability and could not have seriously endangered our life including my 2 years old daughter. This hotel should go under serious health department review and should be closed until is up to code. This Hotel is a RISK for anyone that stays.
This was the worst Hotel my family and I have stayed. The only highlight I can provide is for the staff, that tried to be helpful and accommodating specially Paulina, Tony and the cleaning personal. Other than that it was horrible.

United StatesRoom was outdated and lacked maintenance. Smelled moldy at times and had to leave the sliding doors open to relieve the smell. Hot tub wasn’t even hot at all. Check in process was very slow.
Food was very good and beach area was very nice and only a few steps away from resort.

CanadaHi, I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures are false advertising. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Our room had mold and water dripping from the roof. Only one restaurant was open, food was repetitive and lack of options. Nothing listed in the description was actually accurate. No animation at all!!

SpainThe hotel is old. The shower and climate weren't worked in the room. The light didn't work on the balcony. The narrow uneven beach was occupied by the palm-tree roots and seaweed. Poor animation. The vegetables are not too much. Lack of the greenery. Poor wifi.
Stuff worked good. The food is persisted during the day what was suitable for families with children.

JamaicaThe facilities are in deplorable condition and need urgent maintenance and repairs. The sad part is that the pictures won't show you these issues, and these are not all major repairs, which is a bad look at the resort. To name a few, there is a horrible paint job in the rooms and bathrooms, bathroom faucets are oxidized (rusty), and the towels are old and discoloured. There was also no nightlife, and the entertainment was subpar. The WiFi only works in the lobby.
The food was excellent; there was not a meal I did not like. The staff was amazing; they seemed to work around the clock but never displayed frustration. Always welcoming and willing to serve the guest. The receptionist (the dark one) and his supervisor did all they could to ensure I enjoyed my birthday. The bellboy said, "The princess doesn't work here," as he took all my bags.
