The rom was very humid. The close where wet all the time even the money fell wet. That needs to be fix!! And the drinks are very bad. Your bartenders need to be trained to make drinks. And your selection is very limited.

There was nothing to like about this Hotel (if it can be called such a thing). It was dirty, poorly equipped with bare minimal necessities, the lobby was dirty, the sofas were beyond disgusting, pillows were very very dirty and there was dust everywhere, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. The rooms, were not comfortable, furniture was outdated, broken, linens were soiled and to top off the horrific experience we had, at around 4:25 in the morning the mirror on the wall fell off the wall. It was not properly secured. This his a huge liability and could not have seriously endangered our life including my 2 years old daughter. This hotel should go under serious health department review and should be closed until is up to code. This Hotel is a RISK for anyone that stays.

This was the worst Hotel my family and I have stayed. The only highlight I can provide is for the staff, that tried to be helpful and accommodating specially Paulina, Tony and the cleaning personal. Other than that it was horrible.

Room was outdated and lacked maintenance. Smelled moldy at times and had to leave the sliding doors open to relieve the smell. Hot tub wasn’t even hot at all. Check in process was very slow.

Hi, I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures are false advertising. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Our room had mold and water dripping from the roof. Only one restaurant was open, food was repetitive and lack of options. Nothing listed in the description was actually accurate. No animation at all!!

The hotel is old. The shower and climate weren't worked in the room. The light didn't work on the balcony. The narrow uneven beach was occupied by the palm-tree roots and seaweed. Poor animation. The vegetables are not too much. Lack of the greenery. Poor wifi.

Stuff worked good. The food is persisted during the day what was suitable for families with children.

I didn’t enjoy my stay.. people were not friendly at all. Waitresses never approached me for services.. they seemed not interested at all.. better stay in a motel than in that hotel.. everything looks old and bid up.. beds on top of very old wood frame.. bath dark and tiny.. please go somewhere else..

Hotel doesn't have that many amenities, at the pool you can hardly hear the music, no pool party, nothing to do past 10 pm..boring but if you here to rest..this is the place.

Perfect location 🫡 Welcoming staff every where, except the reception, they had not a good customer service😐 Room very old, beds, pillows not comfortable, bath very old👎 Food and restaurants medium quality and less variety🙃 But good snacks 🍕🌭🍟🍗🍔 Just one swimming pool open, and it is old not deep, just 1.15m, but still clean. There was no sand area at the beach to lounge,only a small space between palm trees which filled up quick. The pool was taped off for renovations and not usable. No nightly entertainment. Also, the buffet was horrible.

the installation looks old and dirty, it didn't look like a resort at all, the place is so different from what you see on the pictures, is too ugly.

The facilities are in deplorable condition and need urgent maintenance and repairs. The sad part is that the pictures won't show you these issues, and these are not all major repairs, which is a bad look at the resort. To name a few, there is a horrible paint job in the rooms and bathrooms, bathroom faucets are oxidized (rusty), and the towels are old and discoloured. There was also no nightlife, and the entertainment was subpar. The WiFi only works in the lobby.

The food was excellent; there was not a meal I did not like. The staff was amazing; they seemed to work around the clock but never displayed frustration. Always welcoming and willing to serve the guest. The receptionist (the dark one) and his supervisor did all they could to ensure I enjoyed my birthday. The bellboy said, "The princess doesn't work here," as he took all my bags.
