There is currently building work going on which would have been nice to know about beforehand as it made resting in our room difficult. There is also a bright red light that is on all night outside the rooms which makes falling asleep difficult

The greeting was exceptional, really appreciated the personal touches

Curtains could block the light better, I am not an early riser, and the main window blinds let a lot of light in very early in the morning. Would have been better (for me) to have the light blocked out as I would have slept better in the morning.

The histel has a travel agency which was trying to aggressively to sell us some of their overpriced tours. Our room was not in the hostel but in another appartment complex one block away. One the plus side, they carried our bags to our place.

The staff went above and beyond. My daughter fell ill and the cook prepared food especially for her and the staff helped with medical recommendations. We had no internet reception in our room and within one day this was fixed with our very own modem. The room was large and very comfy beds, the air con worked perfect and it was very clean.

Room looked a bit different to the photos, it was a lot smaller. But it was still nice. Also we asked for our breakfast to be taken away in the morning and it wasn’t ready for us so we were almost late for our ferry which was a bit annoying.

Great stay here. Very comfortable and amazing shower. Staff friendly and accommodating. Everywhere clean. Close to the port and centre.

It would be good if they put a mirror in the room to be used for dressing up.

I was upgraded to a bigger room and the staffs were accommodating and supportive. The location is also good.

No view and no swimming pool at the hotel.

The hoto is two small blocks away from the main street -- Ave. Charles Darwin. It's a convenient location and a quiet neighborhood. There is a tour company right at the hotel so it is easy to book tours. They even prepare breakfast for you to take away if your need to leave early for the tour.

This hostel is in a perfect location just off of Av. Charles Darwin where you can find restaurants, shops and an ATM. It was a 5 minute walk from the town centre and 10 mins from the ferry port. We had a spacious apartment with excellent AC and a full kitchen. The staff provided fresh towels daily which was nice also. The breakfast was tasty and overall the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to see the Galapagos.

we had to discuss a lot, before we got a room as booked. Construction works on the roof directly on top of our room. Laundry did not work as promised. we did not get towels in room. Staff is totally overwhelmed with providing standard service levels.

Room was a bit noisy during the day. Bathroom window was next to the corridor and you can hear everything.

Breakfast was sufficient and early so you can catch any tour. The location was perfect, close to the main tourist street but quiet.
