Loved the spa with pools and saunas esp one with beautyful view to the bay. Breakfast was very tasty and sufficient. The room had a window to the to the bay and beautyful sunrise and sunset. Realy enjoyed my stay!

I loved how clean it was. Location is amazing. Breakfast buffet was so good, options for people who don’t eat sugar or processed foods. A lot of options food wise. Spa is really big with a lot of pools and different saunas. Recommend 10/10, will be coming back!

A dog was left alone in one of the rooms on my floor by the owner. The dog was constantly crying, barking and howling. It was very heartbreaking and didn’t really benefit to the relaxing part of this vacation. The lady in the reception during our check-out was quite rude and had an attitude towards us and our pretty reasonable request to split a bill, which in the end took last than a minute for her to set up. I was hoping to let her know about the situation with the dog but had a strong feeling I’d be getting an answer along the lines of “So? What do you expect me to do about it?”… Overall I enjoyed the place, just sad that these experiences clouded the whole stay.

The location is great, the sea view makes it really enjoyable. The area is perfect to take walks. The sauna and pool area is nice as well, very cosy and gives a feeling of privacy.

The staff weren’t pleasant and professional. While booking the stay requested late check-out for extra price. Once arrived to the Hotel the staff hadn’t told us anything about that, so in the evening we went to verify our request to the front desk. Had to wait 5 minutes until the administrator finished her personal call even after seeing us. After we asked about the late check-out that we pay for she responded very rudely that she doesn’t have any information and that we should ask about that in the morning. Told us that this is common issue and that she is used to argueing about that matter with guests. After we showed her confirmation about our late check-out that we are paying for, she apologized and confirmed that it’s okey. Next morning when we returned from the SPA to our room in the bathrobes. We got unpleasent surprise that our room was locked and our bracelets weren't working anymore. Luckily, there was cleaning lady next to our room that opened the door for us. Later at the check-out after mentioning the issue we had to the staff, they told us that it’s very common and happens all the time, no worries. Left unsatisfied, not sure if we would visit this place once again despite the great Spa.

Location - just by the water edge, beautiful view with the sunset. Breakfast is very good, everything for everyone. And As Haapsalu is very small, You can access all the best part of the town by foot. Saunas in the SPA are good, my favorite is the one with the sunset view :)

That would be amazing if SPA could have at least 1 hour of "18+" setup, for example at 21:00-22:00. The SPA is full of small children and loud voices in all the saunas and relaxation areas. It is impossible to relax in a sauna when 6 small kids are there. So I would recommend the hotel make at least 1 hour of child-free time in the SPA. In our room, the electric sockets were on the wall, opposite the bed. So nothing next to the bed, where you could charge your phone. At the breakfast, there were no fried eggs or the omelette. Also no green leaf salad.

The lobby section is great, snacks are delicious.

The Deluxe room isn't quite suitable for families with children due to the lack of separate sleeping areas. Large queues for breakfast due to poorly thought-out layout. For instance, placing the coffee machine and juice station separately could alleviate the congestion. Additionally, a separate section for children’s food like pancakes, Nutella, donuts, and other sweets might improve the flow and accessibility.

We were graciously allowed to check in an hour earlier than scheduled. The staff was professional and polite, enhancing our stay with their courteous service. The magnetic wristband keys are a fantastic touch – very convenient! Our children had a great time at the SPA. A big thank you for providing our dog with a soft pillow and a bowl! The robes provided were appropriately sized for our children, which we appreciated. It's very convenient that the SPA offers separate towels. The complimentary lemon water at the SPA was a refreshing detail. The SPA is equipped with a swimsuit dryer, which we found very useful. The lighting in the SPA creates a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was good, with a satisfactory variety of options.

Dark sauna area, there should be more lights. Some more and longer rails to step into the pools are absolutely necessary. Please widen parking area!

Nice saunas, good pools. In the hottest sauna it’s allowed to whisk - not many spas allow that. Lesila - very good idea, no need to get out of the spa and get dressed whenever you wish to have a meal or drink something.
