Our first room we was put in, was very dusty, the table leg had old coffee stains and kids drawings all over the chair, cracks in the walls and the electrics on display. All round very dated room. The noise coming from outside was very loud and the apartment walls are paper thin. We heard everything our neighbours said.

The property was in a really good location, right on the beach and close to absolutely everything. We got moved into a second room and it was okay for the price.

A few amenities in apartment needed sorting /fixing (several drawer handles were broken), power fuse tripped a few times even when only the TV and one light was on.

Clean, but tired apartment: cracked floor tiles, crack in washbasin, ancient light bulbs, door missing off sideboard, minimal furniture, old-fashioned ill-fitting bedlinen. Third time we've stayed here and worst position to rear of the block - even after moving from first offered apartment on first floor with no view at all. Disappointing after two really decent apartments in previous years. Considering there were very few occupied, either the choice for Booking.com has severely reduced or Unitursa weren't bothered about encouraging loyalty in their clients.

Good value, close to the beach and promenade, second bedroom and two bathrooms, very clean, secure, free on-street parking (out of season) two huge balconies, decent views, plenty of hot water and nice showers, excellent base for exploring surrounding area.

The crockery and cutlery had dried on food adhering to it. There were no knives for food prep other than a bread knife.. The toaster half toasted the bread and then gave up the fight. There was no gas in gas cylinder for the fire which is the only form of heating. There is no measuring jug or mixing bowl.

The location was excellent. The apartment had a very large balcony; to the left was a view of the sea, to the right a view of Las Salinas, the salt lake and home to lots of flamingos I was told. The apartment itself was clean.

Noises from people above scraping furniture nd child crying. Place was reasonably clean although we found chewing gum on the floor and hair in the bathroom. Would have been helpful to provide one washing up cloth.

Place was well situated and well equipped. Lots of storage space and a huge balcony with a view of the sea.

There was no air conditioning and on arrival the temperature was 29C The shower was very old fashioned and after a few days didn’t work so resorted to baths. People had pet dogs too .

Views from the balcony were lovely and the wi-fi was unexpected Security was very good so I felt quite safe

These apartments are a bit faded and the amenities are pretty basic. It was clean. Safe. Hassle free. Just a bit spartan and cheap and cheerful. We expected that though, at our price point. No worse than many other places we have stayed in.

Locality was absolutely excellent, although Calpe itself is not so easy to get to. We rented a car, and it took about an hour from the airport. Generally though, the localisation was brilliant and the beach was about 50 metres away. The beach itself seemed superior to the other one at Calpe. Cleaner, quieter. Good view of the rock. Loads of shops within walking distance. Nice promenade.

Extensive renovation of paving in the frontage meant we were surrounded by pneumatic drilling, dust, broken slabs, & problematic access for both weeks. Not sure why we couldn't have been in Topacio 2 or 3 to avoid this, but assume will be good when finished. Basic furnishings and equipment, but adequate for the price. I.e. Bed still relied on unfitted sheets, blanket and bedspread, hence took ages to make - and pretty uncomfortable. Corkscrew broken, unmatching wine glasses, low wattage bulbs, cheap crockery, most internal doors lacked catches. These are merely observations rather than active dislikes - far outweighed by value, location, views and cleanliness.

Excellent value, superb location, clean throughout, fabulous view from 6th floor, en-suite plus bathroom and balconies front and back, hassle-free check-in, easy road parking immediately below front balcony, wonderful surrounding countryside, great promenade and decent shopping in town. Old Calpe also worth exploring. 3rd time we've stayed here. Apartment feels secure and in a safe, relaxed area.

No sun lounges resulting in using other apartments facilities. No sun lounges in apartment for pool/balcony use. Other clients noisy use of shower/toilet facilities. No satellite tv...no free wifi.

well, several things, 1. parking was not included even if on the Booking.com page it was written that is included in the price - surprise- was not and for the parking you have to pay aditional 9 euros a day or something like that beeinng out of season. 2. the fact that you do not for any reason leave your key at the reception and make the check out untill 11 in the morning you will be charged 20 euros more. 3. being extra season .. was very cold and there was no worm source but a portable gas stove without any gas. 4. overall the stuff not so friendly and if i received an invoice for the company as i was there for working purposes the invoice for not be able to check out at 11 in the mornig was made on my personal name.
