It was really nice everything was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We also took a massage, which was so so. But the rest was excellent.

Cannot really fault anything, maybe access to complimentary tea and coffee from the restaurant during the day is something to consider. We were there a week and dropped +/-€2k. We felt this could be one for the future.

From the moment we checked in, the whole experience was world class, spa, treatments, buffet breakfast, evening dinner. The rooms were excellent, well equipped and with lovely large windows to let the fabulous light in. All the features in the spa were wonderful, we spent many happy hours there. We also had some treatments that were thoroughly enjoyed.

Family room: a little too small, with 3 kids the space was scarce.

A shower should be cleaned with chlore to reduce gray spots.

Great price for a hotel+breakfast+spa. Dinner was delicious and high quality. I loved the variety of choice in the Spa...also very clean. Free drinking water and mud mask. Thank you!

2nd stay at this hotel in recent years. They've had some spa area renovations, rooms haven't been upgraded but are of good standard. Breakfast variable, hot dishes and cold cuts, porridge, pancakes, fresh fruit. Great coffee. Amenities in the room: no fridge, no coffee maker. Important from some travellers, but the spa area has a nice bar you can get your extra hot and cold drinks if you wish.

It was a dissappointment that the spa opened at 10:00. Also two of the saunas were closed. What was most disappointing, was the cleanliness of the pools. As we were there like 10:03 wit approx ten others, all of the pools looked liked that those haven’t been properly cleaned.

There were more people at the SPA (some guests came for day visits from Tallinn), because it is so good.

It was a very nice hotel with an amazing SPA. They offered mud masks, salt peelings, 5 different saunas and various kinds of pools with different temperatures. They upgraded our room, because the room we booked was not available. The breakfast had many different options and the staff was super friendly.

Road side room is very noisy (cars and specially motorcycles).Also something outside made rattling noise all night long (idk AC motor or something) and it was bad. I’ve stayed in Hestia Haapsalu two times before on sea side room(once economy and once standard room) and it was different experience altogether. Next time I ask before arrival if sea side room is available and if not I’d rather cancel.

Pay close attention to room details when booking. Hotels in Haapsalu are expensive, and you don't get what you normally expect for the price, even compared to downtown Tallinn. Our room was tiny and didn't even have a fridge. To be fair, it was all listed in the room description, so I don't really complain, but getting such a cubbyhole for the price of a 4-star fully equipped room in Tallinn was a bit of a shock. The restaurant was another disappointment. I tried to book a table for 6 people, but my reservation was never confirmed. I called and got switched to the reception, who told me there is no way to book by phone, and the restaurant does not reply by e-mail "because they are very busy". Icidentally, I walked past the restaurant 15 minutes later, and it was empty. We dined at a place nearby.

This is of course the area to stay in Haapsalu, and in general the staff do their best to make guests comfortable. This also includes pets: we had a pillow bed and a water bowl put in our room before arrival. The parking is convenient even when almost full. The spa is not huge but nice, some saunas have great views on the Väike viik.

The room did have 3-4 spiders visiting us during our stay, they did not bother us but perhaps would bother some people who are not too fond of spiders or similar.

Spa was lovely, really enjoyed the mud and salt room + hot and cold pools. Room had everything that was needed and the staff was very welcoming and lovely. Also breakfast was lovely.

Nothing bad to say, if to really come up with some extra wishes then some play area/room for kids would ve great.

That was my 4th time returning to Hestia Haapsalu. One of my favorite spas in Estonia. The staff is amazing, not sure how they have managed but everyone is super welcoming, warm and friendly. We have celebrated many events there and always was treated so well. The location is also amazing, so close to everything, quite and those water views are great! I also really love the spa area, so many options for saunas and pools, looks pretty and modern.
