Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

LatviaBreakfast options were quite a lot. Rooms was clean and cozy. View was to the sea as we wished. Only didn't understand the complimentary water. We toughed we will need to pay for it. And in prices was included spa even after check out, so it was really nice.

Aqua park was ok. It could be a little warmer through. And I did not like that saunas were in the changing area, not near pools. Family room was great! Very spacious.

EstoniaCoffee during the breakfast could be tastier. The balcony needs a little renovation and cleaning.
View from the balcony was fantastic, spent nice evening there. Room was quite spacious and clean, beds were comfy. SPA was crowded because of holidays, but it was expected. Breakfast is rather tasty, found everything that we wanted.

Latviawe had a suite with private sauna and there you would expect something extra-beautiful as it's twice the price comparing to regular room, but the room requires quite a renovation.
Water park is really great, especially for kids, a lot to do.

Everything felt high quality. Staff were nice and able to cater to our special requests. The view of Pärnu Bay from the balcony in our room was absolutely breathtaking. Considering it included access to the waterpark/spa, this was great value for money as well.

LatviaIt was a bit too hot in the room, we tried to reduce temperature of the heater but we could not. Perhaps we didn't find the way how to do it, unless it was a central system.
