Beach wasn’t the best.

Hotel is great. Multiple large pools, satisfying all moods, whether you want to relax and chill, or sleep, be with families, play games or listen to music or exercise. Very good service, staff amazing. Good entertainment for couples or all the family. Access to neighbouring waterpark. Multiple food options. Highly recommend.

Food requires improvement. Breakfast and dinner should have bigger variety for 5* hotel, and should be more tasty. Entertainment is very basic.

The Manager and the stuff are really very nice and helpful especially the two mangers ibrahim atta and the restaurants manger hassan abdallah ( they really solved everything and they was very helpful )

The resort didn't allow any editing to the booking made without extra fees that equal one night stay ( we tried 3 days before arrival time through booking and through phone calls but neither were accepted without fees) The resort's Main restaurant menu was of good quality however it didn't change through out our 5 day stay which was getting repetitive. Menu needed more Variety especially in lunch, dessert and pool snacks. The Aqua park is only 8 games (4 of them only for adults ) and are of okay quality. The Aqua park and tennis court is in the next resort (Beach albatross) and we were allowed access. The gym needed maintenance. The Night shows were short and of okay quality and it needed more variety.

The resort is beautiful and in a great location. The staff starting from Mr. Hassan abdullah ( head of restaurants ) and Mr. ibrahim atta (reception) to the smallest waiter were amazing and very friendly and respectful. Excellent Quiet Pools and it's maintenance. Beautiful Planted flowers and greenery. Room quality and space was excellent ... house keeping on time and professional. Multiple bars available indoors and outdoors with comfortable and enjoyable seating areas. Moroccan restaurant experience was exceptional with a set menu of good food and a great live belly dance show and great music and atmosphere. Sea food restaurant ( Culina ) and Asian indian restaurant ( L'asiatique ) is of acceptable atmosphere and menu quality,

Everything was quite clean, the staff were very friendly, there are some nice activities to do and the food was delicious. I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the service provided. Looking forward to the next time!

Mr Ibrahim and Hassan were extremely helpful and kind to us during our whole stay. The hotel is really good and you can see how much they care about keeping the place well maintained and all the guests comfortable. Absolutely would come back again another opportunity.

Rooms does not have Shataf (which is next to toilet) and slow internet.

From the arrival to the check out, it was OUTSTANDING experience, The variety of food, water attractions, and the fact that you can go to in the next hotel facilities are just great. One of the best holidays ever, from great variety AND HIGH QUALITY food to activities for kids, activations, and interactions with guest, it's superb. worth all the money you would pay. Family rooms are great, and the hotel is new. The only downside is that the internet is slow, but still does the job. Muhamer Rashed, has taken amazing care of our family during the visit and made our holiday experience incredible. Essam ElHamid, the F&B manager, takes really good care of the restaurants and bars. I did not expect such a high quality and variety of food in an all-inclusive hotel, Every day you can choose from different options, and you will not be disappointed for sure! Thank you team Pickalbatros Palace for amazing time.

The room shows signs of age... but very clean.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from the clean rooms to the friendly staff specially Essam. Every interaction with ESsam and the staff was a delight, their professionalism and warmth truly made our stay memorable.

- The rooms require some minor renovations, particularly the bathrooms. - The building is huge and has only one elevator just in the middle, so my room was far away from that elevator (sea view) and at the second floor. So, every time we need to go up to the room, we needed to carry our stuff as well as the baby stroller in these 2 floors, which is a bit exhausting.

It's one of the best resorts I've visited. Below are some highlights from my stay: - The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and cooperative. - The swimming pools and the aqua park were so amusing and comfortable, especially the heated pool. - The food quality was very good, and there were lots of varieties every day. Many thanks to Mr. Rashed at the reception for his outstanding cooperation!

The whole experience was great. I was afraid that the hotel might be old. After arrival, I was totally happy with my stay. The Hotel and the team went above and beyond expectations. Internet speed needs to be a bit faster and more stable in case you didn’t register your email it should keep working 😃

Kids friendly and the stuff is so supportive, nice location, Aqua park is really nice, heated pool and nice beach…good food and a very nice program for the day.
