No elevator, you need to move your staff to the 3rd floor in hands. You have to go outdoor in order to get to the SPA. Skii room is not comfortable (dark and cold) and doesn't have capaciity for staff of all visitors.

Breakfast are limited, but overall you can find something to feed yourself. Location is 50m from ski elevator which makes it perfect for skiing with kids. Different parking options are available.

We paid 2500 uah/night which is about above the average for a basic room. Thus, it was really weird ask us to pay 50 uah/hour for ping-pong…No excuses for that, sorry😅😅😅

There was a noise coming from the bar next to the hotel. The noise was their intel the morning. when we left the hotel, we were very tired on the road because we didn't get enough sleep. The situation was: Keep the windows open to cool the room but you will hear the noise or stop cooling the room by closing the windows and you will not hear the noise. Note that it is cold in Bokuvel, therefore, rooms usually don't have A/C. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough.

Great Staff. Chick-in staff speaks English. Exceptional and delicious breakfast. We informed the hotel that we will be leaving early in the morning. We didn't ask for it, but they offered us a takeaway breakfast since we will leave before breakfast time.

Nice hotel with a great location. I'd like to thank the admin girl very much. When we arrived at the hotel, it found out that the room is located on the first floor with no view from the windows on nature at all, but again thanks to the admin, she changed the room with no extra payments. Breakfasts are great, plenty of everything. Close to the ticket office. There are restaurants and a small shop near by. Pay attention to the view from the room, because it depends on the type of your booked accommodation.

Everything , food was awful , facilities were awful all staff were rude and not attentive! ...I will never stay there again....I work for Hilton hotels and this was by far the worst place I have ever stayed!!

The Spa was not clean . You could easy see a lot of dirty particules in jacuzzi. It was not pleasant to see … I have reported the incident to the staff, I believe they acted immediately.

Not very comfortable room: no A/C, malfunctioning fridge, leaning walls that you'd bump into when sitting on a sofa or lying on a bed, uneven floor surface. Poor cleaning service: one day they just didn't come, on another day they only vacuumed the floor - didn't change the towels, didn't wash the cups, etc. Breakfast starts too late - at 9am Reception is from 9am to 9pm - you can't reach them even by phone beyond those hours, so you are actually not taken care of. Sometimes they ran out of towels at the pool.

Good SPA: three saunas + jakuzzi. Large pool. Although tropical shower didn't work.

1) Quite small own territory, no territory at all I would say. No playground for kids 2) Balcony door in the room were broken. We asked for help, but no one helped us, even didn't come to fix it 3) When we arrived, there were no person at the reception. Waited for 10-15 mins for anyone to come 🤦‍♀️ 4) Window in the room overlooked the front side of the hotel and it was terrible. At night it was JUST SUPER NOISY!!!!!!! The pub near the main entrance of the hotel worked all over the night with loud music and drunk visitors that speak loudly, shouted loudly, started cars with loud music inside, open and close the door of the pub all the time, so we could hear every bit inside the pub. Just believe me you WILL NOT sleep all night because of that. There is no air conditioning in the room and we needed to open windows for airing. Ask for room change in the beginning!!!! The location of the pub is super incorrect, it was designed not for people that come to rest, it is just for people that come to hangout. 5) The room were not cleaned all days, just several days, apparently due to the some personal reasons of the cleaning lady I suppose. Moreover the room needs to be rennovated, in my eyes. 6) No special entertainments in the evening, like in other hotels. For example restaurant and hotel Tavel (in 5 min walk from hotel) had a movie session and kids corner, so we spent fine time here. In Karpatsky hotel there is no area to spent time, even the open area of the restaurant is near the road, another is near the pool, so no chance for kids to play around ☹️ 7) The overall hotel area is quite strange. That is not a place, where I would like to come over and over again. There is a CONSTRUCTION to both sides of the hotel and the view is not that I've expected. The noise at daytime is not big, but overall look of the hotel is spoiled.

Very loud construction works were held just in front of our balcony. The food in the restaurant was of a very poor quality, we felt very rich after lunch.

The standard room is quite tiny. Safe box didn’t work, as well as tv (sound without image). Ongoing construction works were in the neighboring land spot, so it was a bit disturbing, while spending time near the pool.

Good pool and spa. Bottled water was provided on daily basis.
