We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Wow, we were truly impressed with this resort. The facilities were top-notch. I would compare the environment to a cruise ship. There were activities for everyone. They really paid attention to our family details and made sure we enjoyed our visit. You can go to the beach, snorkel on the pier, do water aerobics, swim in their huge pools, hire a PADI scuba diving trip (we did), or relax and enjoy the night entertainment. Events for kids were plentiful as well. The clientele is largely European in nature. The all-inclusive nature was truly inclusive. You could eat at any of their restaurants without incurring extra charges and this included beer, wine and mixed drinks.

Amazing experience in this hotel, this is the best hotel I live in Egypt. U really should try the Morocco restaurant, the meat and the soup is the best. Our guide is Mr.Amr, he helps us a lot of make reservations and reply us very quickly, thanks for him. I will come back to this hotel next time!

FranceThe only downside is the diving center which certainly offers a quality service (equipment and dive master) but a service bordering on theft (between the excessive price, the 2 lies of broken boats which ultimately are available for another offer and the 6 hours of negotiation to ultimately call everything into question once payment is made... I don't know what is the most serious... Maybe to make us get up and come for an organized tour at 8:30 a.m. to finally have everything call into question (diving location, remove the dolphins and change the type of boat) and in the end go back to the negotiations making us wait until 10 a.m. and disrupting our afternoon program. Frankly there are plenty of other diving clubs very close by are much more efficient. Because there, the manager is disrespectful.
Best 5 star all inclusive I have had the opportunity to do. I am lucky to have traveled a lot (Vegas, Hawaii, Cuba, Colombia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, New York, San Francisco, Vietnam...) and really everything was perfect...the best all-inclusive hotel that I was able to do ! From the smiling and efficient waiter for table service, to the fresh fruit juice, cocktails and good quality food... Really attentive managers... outstanding room maintenance.... Really congratulations on this level of quality.

BulgariaThe bar and restaurant staff were not great (with small exceptions). Some of them were rude and unfriendly. They were being nice only if you give them tip. Otherwise they are looking at you as you are interrupting them and they don’t want you there. I understand they are busy and tired but this is not the way to treat guests. The food on the buffet was also worse than the previous time we were there. Our rooms were on the first floor and they need a little renovation. Some members of the animation team weren’t great as well. We had Miss Hotel as an entertainment one night and in the end they had to remove the chairs so people can dance but too bad for the ones (like us) who decided to stay and enjoy their drinks. The animation team was pushing the chairs like we were not there, one of the chairs was pushed on my leg. The first time we were there it was great but this time it wasn’t mainly because of the staff.
It was our second time staying at this hotel. It is well maintained and clean. The staff on the reception were great! They were calling is every day to check if we need anything. Entertainment was 10/10 even though we were a little disappointed because there were no more billiard tables.

A lovely resort with all the amenities within the compound. The food was delicious with many options at the various restaurants. We especially loved the bread station that was available at every meal and the omelette station outside the main dining area every breakfast. The menu varied every day so we never got bored. The dinner at Tagine was the highlight of the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and lovely to interact with. Amr was super helpful on getting us the restaurants booked every night. He also got us 30mins free massage and sauna.

United KingdomOverall had a really good stay - staff really do make you feel welcome and are constantly checking up on you but have a few points for feedback and some things to note. On checkout, hotel manager requested to see the booking on my phone and clicked through to the review and was very pushy that i leave a 10/10 review there and then - not a good practice and do not appreciate feeling pressurized into leaving a good review which i would have left anyway!! Pools were amazing, just a shame it was too cold to swim in them in March. Only 1 pool was heated (the smallest one) where everyone was cramped into during the day. And good luck finding a lounger because everyone reserves it early in the morning even if theyre not there half the time. Food was hit and miss and only really 1 option for lunch (main restauran) - we found the indian/oriental tasted food the best. Plenty of bars but not many options for snacks during the day. Culina and beach resturant were really good. Hasan (manager of all the resturants) was ace and he looked after us. Tip - Hotel taxi is a rip off which is to be expected in all fairness - same journey which was 60 LE on uber was 400 LE at the hotel. Worth also noting that the main proporation of guests are German so food/entertainment is geared towards them. The room was really nice and comfortable, bathrooms are a bit dated but staff do well to keep room clean. Defo worth the upgarde for pool view room. The views from the hotel grounds, beach access and buildings were amazing. Hotel looks really nice at night

We have the opportunity to use the red flag methods on the beach, we haven’t been disturbed by anyone to buy or rent anything. Amr was super helpful and let us stay in the room until 3 PM for no further costs that he always helped us if we needed anything that.

I think Albatros has one of the best all inclusive, with 5 different restaurants. The staff are amazing, very welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Amr Abdalla, the manager, he went far and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Mr Hassan Abdalla the restaurants manager was amazing and Hussam at the Moroccan restaurant was very welcoming.
