Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year

The rooms are very basic and level of comfort too. Level of finishing the rooms was not good. Swimming pool for the kids in waterpark was to cold for them to play in it. A bit more differences in the food could be nice. Hotel is really in the middle of nowhere so not much to do then stay in the hotel in the evning

We were travelling as a family with 2 kids. Mohamed from the restaurant helped us during the full stay and made us feel very welcome.. All employees were very kind, especially to the kids. All was close by, room, sea, restaurant. Nice food too. Although still under construction the waterpark was nice. also the evening entertainment was nice for sure for the kids

The room cleaning service is delayed, there's no phone in the rooms to communicate with reception The Wi-Fi and network aren't the best There aren't many activities within the hotel, and there are no diving or safari trips available There is no variety in food and drinks and mostly no drinks are available at the bar on pool and sea

The place is beautiful, tranquil, and comfortable, and the staff is very respectful and extremely friendly The place is very impressive for relaxing and absolutely beautiful for those who love tranquility and the sea being more than wonderful

The reception at the Amarina Janna Hotel was more than wonderful, starting with Mr. Hassan Attia, the hotel manager, who has a beautiful and cheerful personality, and the distinguished Mr. Walid Abu Al-Hajjaj, the front office manager. And the wonderful Mr. Sherif, Assistant Front Office Manager, as well as Mr. Abdo and Mr. Kyrollos who were present. I will never forget Mr. Mahmoud Hussein at the beach bar, they all provide service. More than wonderful and a bright image of hospitality as it should be 🙏💯 The service and accommodation were at their best from the beginning of my entry until my departure, a wonderful experience that deserves to be repeated

We didn't like having to leave. In all seriousness, I was too busy enjoying everything, there was nothing I didn't like and I didn't want to look for problems. Unlike our other stay via TUI in Jaz Grande Marsa that we were so unhappy there, we could not leave fast enough. We paid for accommodation twice, but it was so worth it to leave this fantastic country on a holiday high. Thanks to all Amarina Jannah

Staff : The staff are by far the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. I have been fortunate to stay in many. I have also ran a holiday company. They make everyone feel so welcome and like Royalty. What is different is they are so warm to each other too. Genuine hospitality from everyone, they truly are a happy hotel. Both my boys, one very sensitive to environments were at ease and all staff adapted effortlessly to scenarios. The perfect measure of attentiveness and consideration. I met personally managers, pool life guards, chefs, waiters, room prep front of house. A unique team. Pools: There are lots of pools to choose from, heated like a warm bath. The Aqua park too on main slides. So much fun for all ages and adults too, actually especially adults. There are ones for inflatable slides too. Ambience: Photos just can't ever do this place justice. It's very stylish, there is lots if attention to detail from art pieces to trendy furniture on the beach. Lots of well thought out areas games, hammocks. The speakers quality and lighting is first class. Along with soft furniture. The gardens are already in bloom and fantasticly designed. Beach: Sandy, quiet, crystal clear waters, excellent snorkeling, loads of comfortable sun beds. Plenty of activities such as volleyball and balls. All the things you would expect like Wifi Cleanliness Towels Sun loungers Mini bar Aircon Hot showers Are all excellent Compared to my disappointing experience to the hotel range a short distance away. The overall experience is night and day. The hotel is new, it's still being built in areas. This didn't impact our holiday in the slightest. In fact enhanced our experience as a bit quieter. I am conflicted to do an honest review as selfishly I would like to keep it as our secret hotel. However such a place deserves to be shared and enjoyed. It's an exciting project and I have already recommended to friends and making plans to return.
