Not enough spaces on the beach, hotel's beach not suitable for non-swimmers (but you can use the Arabia's beach free of charge). In the evening music can be too loud.

The room was clean and comfortable, exactly as the description. Seaview balcony was very nice. Food quality in ther main restaurant is very good for 4* hotel in Egypt, also restaurant has fantastic seaview. If you want to get to Hurghada center from here is it not far - about 40 minutes walking (safe route) or 5 minutes by taxi. Very nice house reef - perfect for snorkeling and diving. PADI diving center with German management on-site - perfect for any level.

Food was eclectic with few meat choices. Salads could have been better adding asparagus, cauliflower, and other veggies.

The facilities and landscape were excellent with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I particularly liked the Arab motives and domes, which gave a pleasant and cool environment.

Not support late check out so we paid extra 30 euro for check out at 6 pm,instead of 12:00,food almost the same in grill and Italian restaurant ,Wi-Fi is not working in the room

We booked 1 night first as we traveled everywhere in Egypt,but we really like the room so decided to stay 3 more nights) I like style of the hotel ,staff is very friendly and helpful,animation team very fun,cleaner of the room is really good and also we like waiter Yousef,thanks for great service:)

The food quality and range was adequate but for the cost per night we felt it should have been better.

Room and its view, the spa, quiet swimming pool area and the view from the grill restaurant. Service in all areas was good and as an added bonus, for Egypt, badgering for tips was minimal.

Poor Wi-Fi Coverage but just get a sim. Veggies watch out they simply take the meat out of a dish if you ask for Veggie option. Can be confusing to find your way around at first.

The place is great it has everything you need but the Wi-Fi other than reception and one or two other areas is very patchy. That said a £10 sim card sorts out the problem for the duration of the trip so not an issue. The food is good and there is a reasonable selection on offer. Do be careful if you're a vegetarian like my daughter they'll remove the Chicken from the soup for you if you ask for the veggie option!!!! They don't really get the problem. But the staff will bend over backward to make your stay a really good one. This is the second time I have stayed this time I brought my family so must be good.

some of the staff is so totally tired and irritated that it made the staying uncomfortable. almost no kids at the hotel which is pretty sad (the girls from kids club are nice though). the majority of quests are nice German aging couples which is totally ok; but if you want some loud and funny place with kids around to play with I would suggest some other places. food is below average I would say; they don’t even cut fruits, just peel this orange yourself, if you want it you shall struggle! (or find someone to cut it for you), both are strange, why not just give cut oranges. but there is this wonderful lady with something like hawawshi or guzleme and her fruit guzleme is one of my favorite food now

love the architecture, eyecandy. nice reef, very vivid waters, in the evening one can see fish swimming in the sea right out of the restaurant window. nice guy at cleaning service. it was also nice to have an actual bath in the bathroom. renovations are made quite regularly to keep the place in order

No wifi available in the room which is a little inconvenient. Key controls the power. When you leave the room you can't charge devices. Other than that Spectacular!!

If I could give this hotel ten stars I would!! This was the most amazing experience. Friendly staff beautiful hotel looks like Santorini Greece. The view of the Red Sea is STUNNING, Amazing Views. We were upgraded to an ocean view. Because we had to wait an hour to check in for a mistake I made when I was booking. So it wasn't even their fault. My husband turned 40 and they presented him with a cake and sang and danced with him at the dining hall. Being away from family this made us feel so special. Hassan our cleaner for our room was kind along with all the bar staff and dining staff. This was ALL INCLUSIVE INCLUDING ALCOHOL. Which is a rare find in Egypt Never paid more than $75 a night to stay here. Delicious Food!!! Located walking distance from so many shops and the Cleopatra Bizarre. We also signed up for an ATV ride at the hotel it was only $20. Best price ever!!!

Didn't like the fact that everyone around us was smoking - the fire pit especially stank of smoke. Also there was very little/almost no information about facilities or trips in English. Due to the clientele being almost totally German we didn't have anyone to talk to in the evening and could have done with a little more entertainment or perhaps DVDs we could watch in English.

Liked the food - I'm vegetarian and there was plenty of choice and the food was delicious. The view from the restaurant at breakfast and lunch was beautiful as was the whole resort. No problem getting a comfortable sunbed and plenty of shade. Enjoyed the snorkelling in the sea. The beauty treatments I had were excellent and good value. Liked the fact that the cats around the hotel were well fed and looked after.

The food is not the best. The quality is regular compared with the quality outside, The all include food is only in some restaurants inside... Other are paid at double price from outside. The juices are processed.

As sometimes happens in Egypt, water from toilet on the room was leaking and small problem was with electricity. Both solved in short time. Pool is smaller. I expected more green grass inside resort. But these are small things, overall this resort is great.

Hotel I would love to come back. You have everything on hand. Restaurants, water, renting towels, snorcheling gear, toilets, wifi, everywhere you need to go you have it few steps. Food is very good, every day different, billiard room big. Wifi on the beach. Hotel has own piece of sea with perfect acces from beach to water, dont need water shoes. Good for small children as well. Very nice snorcheling at private beach (not as perfect like on snorcheling trip, but really good). Safe place. In case of late check in during the night they gave us food bag, after check out they let us stay on the beach until evening departure to airport. Staff is excelent.

For people going to this hotel the bar is not free after 12.00 so be sure to take more drinks to stock your table before midnight. We did not know that and it was a huge disappointment for us. Hotel architecture is very confusing you can find yourself out of hotel while trying to find dinner area, it takes time to master.

Hotel facilities and food variety were awesome. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

The bazaar and curo shops stunk of cigarette smoke and the prices of the items are exorbitantly priced. Feel ridiculously exploited as a tourist. I rather supported the stores outside of the resort. They wanted to charge me 350EGP for a postage stamp for example. That same same is 30EGP at egypt post and was willing to pay 100EGP at outside store.

All facilities at the resort was great. Had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The grill restaurant and staff was amazing. The adventure guides were amazing, lots of activity to do. We will visit again.

How crowed the place was. They have signs saying no reserving of sun beds but everyone had towns out by 5am. It shouldn’t have been allowed.

It’s a very large hotel. Rooms were not what we booked but it got sorted in the end. Had no hot water which was quickly fixed, room were very clean & comfortable . The food wasn’t great tho.

All inclusive (here) means something a little less than what I’m accustomed to. The buffet style meals, while decent quality, left quite a bit to be desired.

Secure gated facilities, excellent dive shop/charter on site. Convenient to shops in town.
