the tap isn't easy to control, so that water is too hot or too cold. The bedclothes and wifi could be better. Didn't give us an invoice.

Wonderful swimming pools, tabletennis, beach volleyball, meals and a good view of red sea. Good staff give us an impressive service. Not far from Marine port.

I think Free ( all inclusive ) alcohole service finish is early . Maybe it can finish midnight .

hotel is front of the beach . You can explore amazing underwater world and see nemo and his friends , really really excellent. Foods were wonderfull . deserts , pasta etc . we loved lunch and dinner . realy good staff . Good location . close to old bazaar and noama bay by car . I realy recommend club reef spa hotel .

Beach is good for scuba diving, as it doesn't have sandy shore. The location was a bit far from the main road, but we managed to work with it

The receptionist team is great with good people skills. kitchen staff are very good, food was amazingly delicious, bar, service, beach and pool staff are very nice and skilled at what they do, last but not least room service amazing with professional skills.

Animation team members are young, and shows are little bit amateurish.

This hotel is the right choice for Sharm trip. Location is good 10 minutes drive to Naama Bay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are trying to do their best for your comfort and happiness. See is coral and there is small sandy part. Food has varied and always yummy. Rooms are clean and big enough. Thanks for everybody especially Mohammed from front desk. We will come soon 🙏

Spending some time in this place allowed us to feel the positive energy from everyone around us. One of the highlights of our trip was the amazing animation team. They were so dedicated to ensuring that our kids had a fantastic time. Their creativity and enthusiasm made every day full of fun and excitement for the little ones, which made our vacation even more special. I also must commend the chef for their culinary expertise. The variety of dishes served daily was impressive, and each meal was a delightful experience. It was evident that the chef put a lot of effort into crafting delicious and unique dishes, making dining at the resort a true pleasure. And let's not forget the friendly bartender who never failed to amaze us with his creative drink concoctions. Each day, he had something new and exciting to offer, which added a touch of excitement and joy to our evenings. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this resort. It exceeded all of my expectations, and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere truly made it a memorable vacation for my family and me. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Everything was perfect and the biggest asset of this hotel is the staff specially Hazem in the front desk (he deserves a promotion I swear), Ramy in restaurant, Mohamed and Samy in the pool bar and finally Tarek at the beach we had amazing amazing time there we had free room upgrade to sea view and free early check in the hotel is very calm and chilling
