Everything. Firstly we were received my Mr Haizem. Super friendly, he made everything possible to make our stay better. The Room was amazing, the food very good with variety and quality. The pools were clean and the bars offer everything you need, Juices, beer, alcoholic drinks, everything. You can have snacks during the day Also. The beach is 5 min walk inside the hotel. The relationship between price and quality is awesome. We Will be back.

Dear Club Reef Management, please order a couple of decent coffee machines for the restaurant area. We're in 2021 and having cheap instant coffee for breakfast is a shame for a high-quality hotel. It's like no-cost compared to other hotel expenses, and it would make us a bit happier every morning. To the guests, in-house alcohol is of terrible quality, so bring as many bottles as you can. You'll thank me for that advice!

Here I am back to Club Reef Resort, a beautiful boutique-style hotel located away from the crowded local spots. I was there 10 years ago and fell in love with this place, so as soon the flight ban was cancelled, I bought a couple of Aeroflot tickets and booked 10 nights here. Was so glad to see that the hotel is doing good. Many thanks to the reception manager who upgraded our standard room to wonderful spacey suite with gorgeous sea view, you made our vacation even more amazing! btw the whole suit is designed with disabled person in mind so wheelchair guys you'll be happy here! Fantastic landscape design, pools etc. Food is ok, although I must admit 10 years ago it was better. Pizza is a killer! Going down to the seaside, what a reef!!! I spent the whole week snorkelling and wasn't bored at all. The beach is intimate so if you're looking for a broad shore suitable for jogging or throwing frisbee, it's not your thing. Also if you're up for parties every night, get prepared to pay for the round-trip taxi, as it's quite away from everything.

The place is huge and looks picturesque during the day or night. They really care about the upkeep of the place. Mr. Hazem was exceptional. WiFi is only near pools and reception. But that’s a good thing. Don’t waste your time on your phone at this fancy place. Every one was nice there; had no complaints. Would/will come back again.

3 things First : No coffee on the breakfast and it’s disaster for coffeeholics You can take your breakfast around 7 clock to wait for coffee at 10 clock at the pool area couse if you are all inclusive guest this the system their otherwise you to pay for coffee before 10 clock Second: No machines for soft drinks and the only available are very bad watery nonfrish juices And on the beach only this watery juice or water dispenser. Third: the boys on the main bar at the main pool=rude behaviour

the animation team activites was limited. the beach is so small and far away walking. no varaities in the food.

1.staff is very friendly, lovely and smile people. 2. room service is very very good. 3. the pools are clean and big with different depth from 50cm to 210 cm depth. 4. the food was good but not up to 5 stars varaities 5. the bars very very good. hospitality in general was very good.

Nothing, but the way from the hotel to the sea needs to be fixed as it was not comfortable a little bit.

the food wasn’t the greatest.. and we felt like it was the same every day .. the beach is not too great either.. you won’t even spend much time by the beach anyway because the pools are way better.. bathrooms dont have toothpaste nor hair conditioner

before all, the staff were very welcoming.. the rooms were so clean and spacious.. not to mention the bathrooms on the first floor rooms were pretty big compared to the balcony rooms.. pools were great and there were multiple.. no wifi in rooms but thats so the guests spend more time outside the rooms but there’s wifi by the pool..

The food. The food is not as good.

Excellent stay. The location is correct, the village is big and clean, the animation team is absolutely on point. If I return one day to sharm el sheikh I’ll go back again.
