I had an amazing 7 nights at this place. From the very start till the end. All the staff were super friendly including Fadi, Mahmoud (Shisha host) Mohammad from reception, Rimon the manager, El badry the cleaner and so many more to name that took so much care of us. All the facilities were up to date and working. This place looks so much more better than what you see on the pictures. They have an amazing pool with the beach right behind it, activities to keep you busy all day. I would definitely recommend you all staying here and booking it. Honestly I had no complaints at all this place. Can’t wait to visit again for sure. Thank you guys once again.

The All inclusive Buffet was very good, had a lot of variety each day and the food was fresh. The hotel was not over crowded which helps with the buffet. The pool and beach area's are lovely and all the members of staff were helpful.

There is no traditional Egyptian food on the breakfast like Kushari. There is no floating balloons for children for swimming.

The staff are very good. The room is clean and they clean the room every day or when it is needed. The water in the pool is warmed so we can always swim. The breakfast is good and there is alot of food. There is a person that you can contact for the activities in the see. The beach is very beautiful and the water is very clean and clear. There is staff 24 hours if it is needed and you can check in anytime.the room is big and there is beautiful balkoney.

There is no possibility of having hot and cold air conditioning. The control unit is unique and was set to cold air when I stayed there in December. However the staff immediately provided me with 2 hot heaters, which I must say did the job!

I can say that this resort definitely has the best buffet among the resorts I have tried. The staff is clean, the hotel is clean and well decorated. The view was beautiful

Almost nothing, just the beds were single and not a double bed…but they assured us it could be changed They could just add a bit more coffee, tea and water in the rooms

Everything was great, but the sea and pool view from our room was awesome + the stable wifi in my room that helped me work as well was lovely Also the food was really tasty, oriental and eastern food specially the fruit yoghurt The pool was clean and heated too

Everything, from food, hospitable and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room was great and we werevery satisfied. The location is great, as is the beach and the staff even let us stay in our room after check out hours because our flight was scheaduled for later. Captain Bar that is a part of the hotel is the best for good cocktails, and we especially enjoyed the service of Mr. Eittia. Would highly reccomend this hotel!

There was a musky smell in room from the shower curtains . Also , the room that I was in felt like it was stuck in time . During checkout , the staff let me know that the hotel is undergoing renovation and nicely invited me to look at one of the renovated rooms .

Lovely large pool (with day-time activities) and the hotel is right next to a nice sandy beach. The staff were friendly and attentive and there was evening entertainment, including for the kids. Good quality food.

The property was good but the cleanest wasn’t that much beside the lunch buffet wasn’t having arabian food selection , most of the varieties were international food which doesn’t reflect our identity for Arabian cuisine which even foreigners like to have in Arabian countries. Staff were very friendly , snacks also were very good , beach was excellent , over all atmosphere were very good

Everything was so well prepared and clean. The staff were very attentive to our needs and helpful at any time. Our room had the sea view which made the room so appealing. We couldn’t have chosen any better location, we were able to walk everyday at the promenade and sometimes had dinner outside the hotel as well. You find so many places around the hotel to go to. Breakfast at the hotel was very delicious the chefs were everyday in the breakfast hall welcoming everyone and serving such lovely pastries and food. They served different varieties of food to choose from. We connected so well with so many from the staff, which was truly lovely and made the stay at the hotel truly special.
