Too much plastic. We highly recommend discontinuing the use of single-use plastic bottles and encouraging guests to use refillable water bottles to reduce plastic waste. Food waste is a significant concern, and while it's not solely the responsibility of the hotel, we observed a concerning amount of waste from clients due to the buffet system during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the single-bed room with a lovely terrace. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist us. The pools and spa facilities were excellent, and the lush vegetation added to the overall charm of the place. We also had excellent diving experiences organized through the hotel's Diving Center.

The hotel is a bit understaffed especially when it comes to pool F&B services, although the available staff were doing their utmost best to fulfill all the guests requests

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was very friendly and doing their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very nice and spacious and well maintained, and the bathroom is very spacious. The food buffets were nice and had a variety of selections (we had breakfast and dinner). I really enjoyed their burger sandwich, one of the best I have eaten in a while now!

Some items in the room are outdated and need renovations/maintenance. A bit far from the city center but reachable with Taxi in 10 min.

The Staff were very helpful, respectful and friendly. The Landscape, Resort's facilities as well as the views were amazing. We had Breakfast and Lunch inklusive and they were a very good open buffet with a lot of varieties and amazing value for money. Great idea of having different kitchen Cuisine everyday. You can do Snorkeling directly from Resort's well equipped private beach.

The matress was too soft (personal preference) and the room I got was not really clean. I Ordered a king size, got twin beds with ocean view.. felt like I did not get what I booked but it was still ok.

The rooms are nice and spacious and the ocean view is amazing. The pools are kept really clean. Cleaning came every day with fresh towels and flowers on the bed.

The breakfast was poor considering the standard of this hotel. The reduced number of tourists present in the hotel at this season ( April ) is probably the reason. The half-board was correct ; the dinner was "à la carte" and not in the form of a buffet ( the period of April 2024). You need a car....it is a long way to the city

The hotel is remarkable. The staff is really attentive. This is a high standard hotel. The room facing the sea had an interior patio... In April 2024, swimming in a heated swimming pool facing the sea is a real luxury.

maybe it use to be a 5star hotel, but now it got nothing to do with it, poor breakfast, many of the stuff have problem with english, I was there during ramadan, and at certain time the whole hotel was just deserted! still good value for money...

As I mentioned overall was ok however the only thing which disappointed is inability of staff to provide us with bottle of water during dinner or breakfast. They stated that the reservation is including water in glasses only) it was a little bit surprising as for LeMeriredian. As in the end of the day, this bottle costs 20 EGP outside max. I think for the money paid for the stay - it will not cost a lot for management to provide a bottle of water during meals instead of glasses.

Overall it was pretty good, the area is clean, room was amazing( we booked Deluxe Sea view but we were a bit far from the sea, but it was fine).
