The furniture was a little outdated and the shower had mold stains.

The beach! I booked it because of it and it didn’t disappoint. I overlooked everything that I didn’t quite like because of the beach and the views. The breakfast is complete and delicious, from omelette to salad, they had everything. Food in general was great. The infrastructure of the place is awesome, pools, garden, etc. We really enjoyed our vacations there.

Unorganized chaotic check-in process. Check-in priority was given to Russian and Arabic speaking guest. I was politely told to step aside and wait as they were taken ahead of me. The bedsheets felt like old rags and cleaning is superficial with stains, dust, and dirt in room. Requested a ground floor room twice and was given a second floor room instead.

Spacious room with soft bath towels, warm shower water, functional A/C, and strong WiFi throughout the property.

The room cleanliness or bedding could be cleaner without marks on them but it was fine as we were only at the room to sleep / change and set off to the beach

all meals were great / edible and good. Service at meal times were excellent. Clean and friendly. wide choice of foods to suit us (I have a fussy 12 year old boy)

the disappointment was that the hotel listed on booking.com all-inclusive including local alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, coffee. unfortunately, the reality was only a soft drink - non-alcoholic. it's a shame, the hotel publishes misleading information !!!!!.

Me together with my boyfriend, enjoyed our visit in Dreams Beach Resort! It was only 4 days stay here but it was a very good and relaxing experience. Localisation is a big plus, beautiful views from beach and higher points located on cliffs. We got a room with a sea view and You could see the sunrise every day from Your window and balcony. There are a lot of various places when You can spend Your time, depending on your preferences, lots of places with sunbeds, some on the cliffs, as well as the ones with direct access to the sea where You can enjoy swimming, snorkeling and diving. Every staff member was very helpful, friendly and kind, they has a nice customer service which is appreciated. When it comes to food it was very tasty especially lunches and dinners! Even for a person like me who is vegan, I had a few delicious choices. Hotel itself is tidy and comfortable. The price was really good, according to standards. I can recommend this hotel to visit. 😊

Few minor things only: Some of the accesses into the sea was not open at all. Few animator girls were so bored of their job that it did not energized anyone, but quite rather the opposite. When you try to relax or read under the sun you are frequently disturbed by agents who try to sell different services. Some of the eastern tourists behave strangely.

1.They serve alcoholic drinks between 1 p.m and 11 p.m.They start it too late and end it too early.It's ridicilous.We haven't seen such hours in any hotels before.We stayed at another hotel in Sharm El Sheikh two months ago and they served alcoholic beverages between 10 a.m and 12 a.m. 2.They serve wine only during lunch and dinner times.It's also nonsense. 3. Air conditioner in the room was too old and loud. 4.There is nothing much to do for young people but to watch the animation shows. 5. We arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m because of the time of our flight.We said that we could pay for the early check-in but they said we needed to wait until 5 a.m since the early check in started at 5.am or we could be full charged even if there were lots of available rooms.So, we had to wait till 5 a.m. 6.They don't have any shuttles to anywhere in the city.When we stayed at another hotel in Sharm El Sheikh two months ago,they had shuttles to Naama Bay and Soho Square for 1-2 dollars. 7.The food was good but there wasn't much variety.

The staff were really good.They were always cheerful and helpful.Special thanks to Eslam Mohammed(the housekeeper),Amged(bartender at the lobby),Amir and Gerges(restaurant management attendants), Arfaat Basry(pool bar attendant) as they made our holiday special.The food was delicious and the rooms were clean.The sea is perfect and good for snorkeling.There were enough sunbeds for everyone.
