I’m used to the fact that a 4-star hotel has more facilities like hair balm, an iron in every room, a bathrobe. There was the bare minimum

It was a little difficult to locate when we first arrived. It would be a good idea to show the front door in the hotel description.

It was enjoyably quirky, very different from a chain hotel. The breakfast room with endless coffee and a balcony was only a few steps away and a real boon. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The Wi-Fi was good. The location was brilliant. We were able to leave our bags safely on our last day until we wanted them. The communication was friendly and helpful.

It was very difficult to get into the first time. After that, it was easy. Better entry directions should be provided.

This place is perfect if you want to be close to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and other sights.

The staff were lovely and even went out to buy my daughter some gluten free items for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and the family suite was a perfect arrangement for a family of 4. It was very clean and had lots of character.

Very tidy, beautiful property in the heart of Rome. An amazing location, we could not believe it was 8 min walking distance to most monuments. Room was beautiful, bed very comfortable. Even though room was very traditional Italian style with antique furniture, the bathroom was absolutely new. Air conditioner even though we didn’t need it, we prefer open windows at night - European style. Room service every day, AAA+. Very fresh and tasty breakfast, good coffee and fresh cold water 24/7. Couldn’t ask for more!

Everything was great.

Location was fantastic, we walked everywhere. Comfortable room with seperate bedroom for the kids, beds were comfortable. Loved that there was a dining room and balcony that you could use. Good value.

Shower water pressure low - only extremely hot or cold water, so hard to wash my thick hair. Walls were from paper, first 3 days had little kid next door - so impossible to sleep in the morning as soon as she woke up. Limited breakfast choices… for 9 days.

Excellent location. In a walking distance from everything important to see in Rome. Bus station infront of the house. Spacious room. Cleaning every day. Friendly staff. Quiet air conditioning.

The rooms were very small & access to the B&B not easy especially checking in. You have to buzz from street to gain access & hope someone is there to hear the buzz. Luxury is a stretch as a description!

Tiny shower. The door had to be closed just right to keep from flooding the bathroom floor. Poor view from the room (just a the wall of another building).

Great location, place and room vintage decoration was exceptional, owner and staff were super friendly. Room was very clean and was taken care on a daily basis while we were away. Breakfast might not have the variety of a hotel but has everything you basically need. Area was quiet even if it was really in the center

The adjacent room for our family was inferior yet the same price. It was small, poorly arranged and noisy--right behind the front desk and experienced some noise from that. They were very unhappy with the room.

The two rooms we booked were on the non-street side so nice and protected from street noise--with double windows. AC worked well and was quiet. Staff was accommodating.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay here

Walking distance to Navona Square, The Fountain of Neptune, Vatican City & Pantheon and a bus stop at the front door for easy transportation around Rome. The room was very spacious and comfortable and breakfast very enjoyable with a dining room or a small balcony to dine on if you wanted. Access was easy, rooms are air conditioned and thankfully there was an older style elevator, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up to the second floor. Lots of restaurants close by, we enjoyed a few meals at Gusto in the evenings, great food and service was excellent. We’d definitely stay again if we are lucky to come and visit Rome again
