Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarI’m facing a simple mistake from customer service that was not answered my call to send someone to take my bags from the room at the time I checked out of the hotel and already I notified the receptionist.
I loved the property's spacious layout, modern amenities, and well-maintained pool. The location was ideal, offering privacy and comfort, with easy access to local shops and public transport. Overall, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. Close to the airport, approximately 20 minutes.

United Arab EmiratesOne night the hotel hosted four different wedding parties. Unfortunately, my room was located opposite one of the parties in the garden, and the noise made it impossible to sleep until 4 am. To make matters worse, the hotel entrance was blocked, and it took me an hour to enter with my car. Upon check-out, I was taken aback to learn that parking was not complimentary. As I was preparing to depart and retrieve my car, the valet unexpectedly informed me that I needed to pay for parking, causing an unnecessary delay. This lack of communication was highly unprofessional and created the impression that I was attempting to evade payment.
Hotel is very well maintained and realtively new compared to other 5 stars hotels in cairo

KuwaitThe parking is not free of charge and it is a bit far away from the hotel. Each day they charged us different amount They didn’t do any explaining for the resort facilities
The resort was more than good, the staff were ready for helping us in such a professional friendly welcoming way. The resort has a nice lobby , more than one restaurant & also it has more options on the building next to the resort which you can go by a golf car. We were there for our honeymoon & the resort staff treated us as a king & queen. I will definitely come back

United KingdomWhilst we appreciate it is Ramadan, we assumed the restaurants would be open for iftar. We was not informed that everything including the spa would be closed. As a luxury property which I would class as being 5 stars, I believe that we should have been Informed ahead that that the outlets would be closed especially as I mentioned I was celebrating my 30th bday. This would allow tourists to manage their expectations as it was a disappointment finding this out on arrival.
The suite was the best we have ever experienced in our lifetime travels so far. Beautiful arrangement of everything. Space, light, and furniture. Exquisite! In room dining team were the most friendly & so attentive. We appreciated them checking up on our dinner each time we ordered which was everyday we stayed for 4 nights :)
