The cleanliness of the apartment was superficial; areas easily visible were clean, but less accessible spots, such as under the bed, were neglected and full of dust. As someone who is highly allergic to dust, this significantly affected my comfort. The apartment requires a more thorough cleaning, not just a cursory surface clean.

The apartment is ideally located near a metro station and numerous restaurants, making it very convenient to access. The keys were easy to obtain. The apartment itself is well-equipped, featuring an excellent shower. Additionally, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

The bin men , seem to do there collection outside between midnight and 1am so expect a bit of road noise .

Nice comfortable room , 2mins from the metro station, with a McDonald's near by , we used this hotel for a concert at the wiZink center, which is a 20min walk from the hotel

Obviously being placed in the annex underneath the air conditioning motors.Remedied the next morning but I would advise guests booking to specify not to be placed in that room or anywhere near the air conditioning motors

Staff were great. Changed my apartment without fuss as the original annex apartment was directly below the noisy air conditioning units and sleep was impossible.

- Could not get the air-conditioning working so had to sleep with the windows opened and it is a noisy street. - The pillows were hard and thick which I did not like.

- Location was perfect for the purpose of the trip (near family) - It was clean, spacious, and had all the basic toiletries (shower gel, soap, toilet paper, etc.)

The walls are so thin you can here neighbours swiching the ligh knob. I lacked a full hight mirror. Many electricity outlets do not work. Rhe room is pretty dark.

The only thing that isn't necessarily a dislike, more of an observation is that they are currently doing building work on other apartments, but there was not a lot of noise and did not put us off staying. I imagine that when the work is done it will be a lovely place to stay. We will be returning again soon.

The apartment was well kitted out, very clean and the decor was very nice. We only stayed one night but we slept comfortable and the location was perfect for restaurante, metro into the center etc.

It was modern, clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the Metro (Diego de Leon). The location was good we found plenty of places to eat and even a couple of churrerías close by.
