Turkeyalthough meals variety is so rich there was no taste. didnt like the food so much. especially not for Turkish people. beach is not sandy so not suitable for kids. kid facilieties are not available.
staff very helpfull. reception bell boy house keeper managers waiters.. they are all very helpfull. rooms comfortable. pools and seaside very clear. exactly worth for money! salty sea water at pool is a good idea.

SlovakiaThere was a lot of food, but not very tasty. But everyone finds their own. Lack of sunbeds for guests on the beach. Seeing from the staff that he requires a tip for every little thing. Few types of drinks within All inclusive. Wine is not included.
The hotel is at a good level. The surroundings and the hotel look good. The rooms and equipment are old and could use some modernization. But if I compare the price and quality with another destination, it's absolutely fine.

Deluxe room is perfect with a wide sea view , beside the room size is large , the location is good infront of albatrus aqua park and very close to farsha cafe ,very good value for money finally I would like to thank the staff they are so helpful and friendly specially the room service guy Mahmoud Gamal , I really like the cleanliness of the room.

Sloveniaeverything seems quite old and a lot of things are broken (cable car, door locks, ...), there is no bar ON the beach, and the ones at the pools open late and close early. there is no access to the beach or pools after 6pm. there is only the restaurant bar open after 6pm. the restaurants lack variety, serving the same menu every day. in all but main restaurant you just have 3 dishes to choose from every day and the food quality is low. In the sea the area where you are allowed to swim is very small, number of deckchairs is very small compared to the number of guests in the hotel.
The staff is extremely nice, the hotel has a private beach which is nice and is in a good quiet location.

RomaniaFurniture had some signs of wear and tear, few minor things that maybe needs fixing but nothing major i think the hotel is still nice and comfortable. What i really liked is that the staff is working almost non stop to make your stay perfect... hard working people.
The hotel is not a brand new one but we had a great time, i really like the staff, from bar to cleaning everything was great. Room was cleaned every day, 10 out of 10 , our room was 2409 thank you Mahmoud Gamal. Food was delicious, everything clean and the people working at the dinning were always careful that we had everything we need. We are very happy overall and i am looking to come back with my parents also in the coming months. Thank you to the whole team.
