I wish the lighting in my room was brighter. All the LED light bulbs were very low in luminance.

This is a proper hotel. All the staff are dressed professionally,wear name badges, act very professional & are very friendly. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel itself is in very good condition.

no kettle in the room and the prices in the cafeteria was very exaggerated. the hotel is on the main street so it was very noisy. the location is near to the center of the city but the neighbourhood is creepy and I do not recommend to go and just walk around as a tourist. I just went from the hotel door to the Uber and vice versa. the hotel is on the main street so no problems if you don't walk around

Okay so yes; I would suggest some investments in refurbishments are urgently required, particularly in the electrics and plumbing area to bring them into current safety regulations. Additionally a kind notice stating the onsite night club music may be heard in some rooms up until dawn. Personally I wasn't too bothered as I assumed this was a local cultural thing; but it may bother some guests.

Breakfast was great, amazing omelettes and a great buffet selection for all needs. The Staff went over and above to help me out where ever they could as it was a bit overwhelming at first because of the initial language barrier. The on site cafe is a big highlight.

Good location, near there is a supermarket, easy to have an uber or taxi . very friendly staff and helpful. The coffee shop was so nice. The breakfast was good.

1-The wifi doesn't reach the rooms. 2-The breakfast is always the same but it was good. 3-When I tried to Check out the receptionist said I still have money left then said no you can check out we don't owe you anything then said we want money from you and made me pay extra. 4-Asked the room service to clean my room and they didn't go in my room my whole stay 5-When I asked them about the price of the stay they gave me a price higher than the one on booking and said it's because of the taxes and even your booking price is gonna be like this after tax ... booked through booking and it was about 900 egp cheaper

Room floor wasn't clean No bottled water in room no kettle (wasn't much deal for me as I spend all day outside hotel) Noise from night club is annoying specially if you are used to sleep in quite place, if you intend to reserve a room choose the highest floor possible.

Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is good with nice bakery, variety of choices and they refill any item that is consumed by guests. Location is good their is a parking close to the hotel they charge 50 EGP per day Room area was good with soap, shower gel and toilet paper no slippers

I didn’t like the cleaning in general, the cleaner was not efficient and I realized she was not changing the towels and all the time I was needing to ask.

The employees and the manager Ahmed Edris are very nice, treat me very well and respectful. Good price and good breakfast.

Watsapp was very bad as it had a blocker on the system. The shower was not working. The bath sink was blocked with full of hairs. On arrival the hotel wanted money in dollars and not British Pounds or Euros. They also charged more as their currency conversion was set very high and not in line with banks. Customer service was not so great. Most of the staff knew English but didn't bother to understand. For instance, I clearly said to the receptionist that I do not want any room service but no one did anything. In fact the cleaner entered the room while we were out and threw our my brand new cups and left the room unlocked. This was appalling service. Furthermore, the noise from the night club in the basement was horrendous and kept all guests awake. It must be stressed no one attends the night club as it's expensive so why have the loud noise happening between 11pm to 5am? The noise is so loud that the beds vibrate. This hotel is not suitable for families with small children or elderly people. Furthermore, the hotel provided fake and misleading information about the SPA facility. It was not free. In fact it is 3 times the cost of attending the sauna and steam rooms in the U.K. The massage service is also expensive. Overall, the hotel is not near the pyramids in fact it is very far away. This is not mentioned on their website. However, there are some good points considering the breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. Had a range of foods such as pastry products and others. En suite was available. There were lots of beds. The Wi-Fi was good but there was a block on Watsapp web. The TV was working but no good international channels especially in English.
