I hadn’t have such an amazing time and I have traveled and went to lots and lots of resorts and hotels. I could not be happier Quick service & very trustworthy There are no word enough to describe how professional, knowledgeable and helpful of the Ibertol stuff, Mohamed, Taha, Amr and Momen and a very very warm thanks and appreciation for Mr. Mina Iberotel supervisor. The Views, premises and Food are all exceeded my expectation.

Our room was close to the beautiful & immaculately clean Sandy beach . The sea was so clear & warm with lots of beautiful fishes to see just offshore by the coral reefs

- If you’re staying for only a few nights it is very difficult to get a reservation in the a la carte restaurants in the hotel. For the 3 nights we were there they were all fully booked (except for one on our last night) so I would recommend emailing in advance - Because the majority of the guests are German, staff would generally speak to us in German and in most cases their English wasn’t as strong so it was sometimes difficult to communicate - We found the food to be quite average but didn’t try all the restaurants - Noisy air con - bring ear plugs if you will be using air con.

- Clean and spacious pool and beach area - Amazing gardens and lovely chief of gardens who showed us around - Welcoming and friendly staff. The amazing reception team (Hassan, Ramadan, Khair) made sure all of our requests were met promptly - Facilities; jacuzzi spa and steam, many restaurants and bars, shisha cafe, FREE laundry (!!) - Very attentive waiting staff across all restaurants and bars - Fantastic breakfast buffet - Lovely spacious room and bathroom that was very clean and had everything we needed - Opportunities for snorkelling and water sports - Great selection of drinks - Lovely spacious balcony with beautiful view

No programmes at the day. And there were a lot old couple, no too much young people.

The food was perfest, but we expect more fish foods. There was plenty of choice of meet and other drinks. The main restaurant was perfect, but the other ones was really familiar. We liked it really much. Beach was clean, nice spot for snorkelling.

The snorkling was not that nice.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling. Billyard, pingpong available. Animation team and daily shows were very interesting. Free access to a big water slide park.

The internet in our room was not working very well but the reception try many time to fix it but was not working. It could be better if there is more buses to arrive us from the hotel to Aqua Park and back and not every 45 minutes.

Iberotel is one of the best hotels i saw in my life. I recommend this hotel for everyone especially for who need to relax and enjoy. 1- service was more then excellent. 2- everyone work in this hotel is very kind and do the best for the guests. 3- food very tasty. 4- room service was very nice. 5- beach very beautiful. 6- one of the best thing in this hotel (pool bar). I really love it especially from 4 to 6:30 pm. 7- everyone working in the hotel always asking if we are happy or we need anything even the director Manuel and Mr. Ashraf. Really beautiful people. 8- every night there is a beautiful show and time to dance for adults and mini disco for kids. 9- Aqua park is amazing for adults and kids, we love it. 10- kids club was nice for our son. There is more beautiful situations happened. Of course we will visit this hotel again.

The staff were super friendly who attend to all your requests promptly; they go the extra mile to please you even without you ask for it. They are people oriented and provide outstanding service. They never turn down any guest’s request.. Their guests’s satisfaction is their utmost priority. Mr. Mina in the front office was kind, professional, efficient and reliable. He did his very best to satisfy all our needs. It’s the most perfect location in Hurghada where you can swim, snorkel and enjoy water sports. They have the dine around option where you can enjoy your dinner in other nearby Jaz authentic restaurants; the food in the asian and the Indian restaurants were exceptionally delicious. They also offer free laundry service.

The pool is for adults and there is another one for kids, there is no pool mix, so I can't swim with my kid

The staff is amazing, you do not need to ask for anything from them because they prepare everything for you before you request it, the secret of the success of this hotel is the staff, the sea is beautiful and the food is excellent

Room Access cards was faulty, although we changed the cards many times in the reception.

Amazing staff supportive, smiling and accommodating, great animation team, outstanding food with wide variety, very nice beach, coral reef is a bit far from the beach, yet there’re some fish to see close to the beach.

I recently stayed at the Iberotel Makadi Beach Resort and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the most profecional receptionist Roman . The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a pristine beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff were attentive and kept the room spotless throughout my stay all my thanks goes to ABDEL QAWY and SALAH . The food at the resort was fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from at each meal. The staff at the restaurants were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any dietary requirements. all thanks goes to Mohamed , Amr and Ahmed . the pool resturant do the best steak you could ever taste . The resort also had a variety of activities on offer, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and a range of water sports. The entertainment team was energetic and engaging, making sure that there was never a dull moment during my stay. Overall, I had an incredible time at the Iberotel Makadi Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and wonderful amenities make it the perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea.

Wifi was really not stable, and there was little phone signal throughout the property. Food was mediocre at best unfortunately.

The staff was always helpful, all request we had, were met in the span of 20m at most. Even though it was our first stay we were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival.
