the shower on the beach was not working in winter, the prices for the excursions are in euro (not in dollars).

The location of the hotel is perfect: beach is clean and was empty, many corrals. The breakfast includes everything from scrambled eggs to pancakes l, fruits and vegetables. the room has a side see view, wifi is working ok, but not the fastest. the towels are clean but with some old spots.

Loud music from various resorts in the evenings but quiet by 11pm so could sleep fine after that.

Great location with beach access, no Call To Prayer at 5am cuz no mosques nearby which was a great relief

Private hotel beach was small and a bit of a miss due to rocks/dead coral and not deep enough water to swim, so had to use the neighbouring hotel's beach that officially you weren't supposed to (all hotels in the bay have private beaches and security guards would send you off).

Absolutely all staff very friendly (cleaners, receptionists, transfer drivers, restaurant staff, diving staff), good food at reasonable/competitive prices at the hotel restaurant, tasty pancakes for breakfast, located right on the sea shore, walking distance to all amenities (pharmacies, shops, bars, banks), no excessive music/disco till late night compared to most hotels in the neighbourhood, options to do diving courses directly with hotel's divers. Safety box/locker directly in the room proved to be very useful :-)

It was very difficult to sleep because the very very Loud music from the other hotels or cafes. Even if you fully close the windows it still feels you have a Dj in ur room until 4am! Not sure how is that allowed or even legal.

Oonas Dive Club is with no doubt one of our best accommodations/hotels experiences so far. With its cosy staying spaces (rooms, restaurant…) and very welcoming team, Oonas is just perfect for people looking for a quite spot; good quality/value for an affordable cost. A home feeling, only minutes away from the busy Naama Bay night life. We had an outstanding 9 nights stay. Ahmed, the manager, has a great sense of hospitality and excellent communication skills. From his reception desk he took care of all our excursions (Visits to Ras Mohammad Park, Climbing Mount Sinaï, Snorkeling and Diving, etc.). The restaurant team, the room maintainers, the drivers, everyone is just super friendly. Thank you Guys; You will definitely see us coming back again.

The bed was as hard as a rock. The roof top bar was closed and definitely needs to have something blocking entrance to it because it's dangerous up there. The private beach is more of an area where boats are parked, so in order to go swimming or go to a poolside bar, you have to go next door. Every night there was a party going on at the next hotel so there was a lot of loud music, but at least it was over by around 11pm.

Room was very clean and had a beautiful view! All staff were nice and friendly and the on site restaurant had good food at a decent price! Location is excellent and you don't have to leave the area to find whatever you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Would have liked the news on the TV but couldn't find any channels that worked.

Quiet location only a steps away from the hotel's private beach. Very good internet connection (until it stopped working) but in fairness it was fixed within a few hours.

One of the beds in the double bedroom were super hard, it is at the end of the laguna (with a nice and free private beach tho) so it's a few metres to walk to restaurants and bars.

The staff was overall really friendly, the accomodation was clean at all times, the breakfast is a buffet and they make fresh eggs for you, you have a great reef right in front at the free private beach and there is 24/7 reception.

Although there is a private beach directly on front of the place but the beach itself needs more attention for improving few small things liking fixing beach shower, and extending the access bridge to the water to allow people get in without crossing over the reef.

Beautiful place. Staff are very friendly and very supportive.. Room is spacious and very clean. Every thing in the room was working perfect.. Beautiful big balcony with sea view. Great for the value of money.. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay close to Na'ama Bay within budget..

I took the transfer for 8$ from the airport to the hotel (+/- 30mn) as I arrived in the middle of the night and that was perfect. However on my departure I needed to go to the local bus station to go to dahab and the hotel proposed the transfer again. I accepted and paid the same price. But i was taken to the wrong place, which has the same name but where you only have the big touristic bus companies. I know I wasn’t in the right place as I already went to the local bus station and couldn’t recognize it. The driver didn’t know where it was and called the hotel manager who told me that he needed his driver to be back, that they took me to the place I asked for and that they couldn’t take me to another place as I paid for one ride only. So they left me on the road telling me to take a taxi. What I did and had to pay for, on top of the 8$ (which is huge there) I paid to be left in the middle of nowhere. When I asked the taxi he exactly knew which place I was talking about and drove me there. So if you have to go to a place that is out of the touristic ones, just take directly a taxi as the hotel won’t probably know it, you’ll save money.

Very small area limited for swimming in the sea. But it is probably because of the engined boats sailing around.

Everything was great and the general attention and respect by the staff was very notable. They were very helpful in anything I needed! View from the balcony was priceless and the beach is very modest and the sea is clean. Tour offers are wide ranged and good price. Nice breakfast, was there during Ramadan so wasn't very full of people but it was better when calm.
