Breakfast timings should be until 11. 10am is too early especially weekend. The bathroom floor in the shower was a bit dirty. They only put bathroom accessories last day not when we arrived. After 2days of staying there. Little strange. Same with juice and mini bar. Selection of food during the day. It is not good rather poor. Needs improvement.

Parking spaces are very limited. It's risky to park outside of the hotel on the street since it's narrow, so the risk of an accident would be a bit high. Also, room service was slow.

Good location and breakfast. Among the very few places that serve Turkish coffee at no extra cost during breakfast. Room was very spacious, and direct access to lagoon through the room was very convenient.

Courtesy call was made on the second night at 11 pm, and there was loud music until midnight. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room the provided mosquito repellent was not that effective enough.

Very nice room, with pool view and not next to noise, staff is very helpful especially Jasmin at the front desk, recommend her experience with customers. Breakfast was a huge buffet with a lot of choices to choose from. Very helpful staff in general highly recommend in your next stay.

- booked a room for myself for 3 nights but there were obviously problems - a female german friends wants to join spontaneously, but wasn't allowed to sleep with me, in my already booked doubleroom. They asked me to pay 150 eu in additional, so 300 Eu all in all (normally its 190 for a double room, three nights, 2 Person...), without sense, so we cancelled our stay and met in Hurghada. - i spend one night alone, arrived late, asked for later check out the next day. I got an upgrade, i dont need and wanted, for a family suite with construction work in front of the balcony but the later check out was not possible. I wish the management could be a bit more professional.

I went the second time to the hotel, for a rescue from Cairo. First time it was wonderful, this time unfortunately not any more. Even staff is helpful, i like the breakfast and the drive with the boat to the beach.

The Food was amazing i would love to thank the chef for the delicious dishes and varieties. The location of the hotel is very relaxing and staff are super professional and helpful especially Mustafa the waiter in the buffet is the most helpful and always smiling to guests.

Asking prices for upgrades etc. you seem to have to bargain with reception staff to get a good price. I want to ask and be given a fair price to start with. That is not what I would consider professional or acceptable. However, in other respects reception staff were helpful. Not much by way of evening entertainment

Lovely . Beautiful views over the lagoon. Good breakfast. Don’t expect full English. You won’t get it. This is Egypt not Spain. Plenty of variety but same items every day. Omelettes and pancakes/waffles cooked to order. Don’t be late for meals as they clear up on the dot! Lovely room and fantastic staff. My particular favourite was Sharif who cleaned my room to a fantastic standard. He also made animals from the towels every day. Lovely man. Very happy, and helpful, and hard working

Actually i booked king size bed and got a double bed, which was big enough. Would be nice to have the option for a single room, for less money than the double room.

I was very happy with my short retreat from stressful Cairo. The room was beautiful, i got an upgrade, the breakfast was amazing, it was calm and cosy, the staff professional and nice. Thanks to Ahmad from reception for the possibility for late check out and Hamid for my lunch packet. I will come again for sure.

There's not much shopping facilities inside the hotel itself, but this is solved by being beside the downtown where I can get easily all my needs

The organisation was disappointing. They offered me a taxi from the airport and I agreed the price but none came. I complained of a lack of hot water over three days but nothing happened. The worst problem was the cold. No rooms were heated and when the sun went down room temperature dropped below twelve degrees. Everyone went to meals in as layers of clothing as they could

This is a fabulous looking hotel with some brilliant people. The range of food is excellent It has a whole range of different room types to suit most tastes
