The staff are not picking up the phone which is very annoying because i needed them for something and I could not reach any

The breakfast varieties were very poor and limited and some of the veggies were bad.

The property is nice, a bit small but with a nice view. Recommended to get a sea view room and don’t go when it’s windy.

The cost of the stay cuz the hotel wasn’t functioning 100% due to low season and I supposed to get a discount by booking yet it didn’t reflect on the system and that wasn’t acceptable paid the full amount

Pool is so small and not heated well. Dinner was not good at all and without any drink beside it except water. They should avail a dinner in the main restaurant, to avoid go to porto sokhna by shuttle for just a dinner.

The Room service making high noise while cleaning the other rooms after the breakfast time, speaking together with a very loud voice and shouting. And also there was a problem in my room in the water pressure of the toilet and i asked a plumber from the reception to check the low water pressure in toilet and no one came, i asked again and one of room service came to check and tried to fix it but not succeed and told me he will bring plumber next day.

The entrance area need to be improved (there should be more signs for climbing the mountain to ensure safe arrival to the hotel ) The In and out of the hotel shouldn't be from the same place to avoid accidents The porter don't have a baggage car to hold the baggage which is very bad

The Receptionist was very helpful (her name is Angel) . Although she was very busy at her work . She didn't hesitate to help me and my father with everything we need and responds to our calls any time of the day. All the staff were very helpful and diciplined

Since the hotel's pool area was closed, there is literally nothing to do up there except sleeping. Just go reserve at porto sokhna and save gas money

Nothing to worry about

Every morning they delivered a lovely breakfast to my room . There was a shuttle bus to the other hotel and plenty of restaurants around The couple of issues I had were resolved quickly and efficiently. My room was cleaned everyday and all the staff were super polite. The security guy and reception were very helpful and friendly. There is a cable car too at the hotel at 190 egp return which had spectacular skills. One of the managers gave me his number if I needed anything. A great service.
