They tried to charge us for water bottles that the cleaner gave us and we did not ask for.

The hotel has a unique location on top of a hill. It’s a nice view, although you can’t completely see it sitting on the balcony. Breakfast had nice options. It was a comfortable room.

I didn’t like the dinner on Porto el sokhna, It was so crowd and noisy. It will be better on Porto el jabal like the breakfast.

Needed some better explanation of what facilities are able to be used at the main resort hotel. The pool was freezing!

Food was great. Some cafes on site for evening meal. They were good but quite expensive. Lovely cable car ride to the beach resort. Lovely rooms and so peaceful! Great breakfast too.

i didn’t like how they didn’t care about covering food while we having breakfast although there were flies everywhere and the bakery didn’t taste good and fresh .. and how they kept the monkeys in the cage without being covered or having shelter in the cold weather and the cage is not clean and smells so bad with lots of plastic junk

Quiteness and better climate due to the hight

Actually a very good place but lacks a real care for details. the rooms have many small problems, which can be avoided with a little care for maintenance. they are on top of a mountain, with a shuttle bus, which is not often enough there and mostly unpunctual. The telefric as an attraction is operating only five hours a day. It could operate longer and could be a little cheaper for the residents.

I stayed at the hotel 6 times before .. For the first time the breakfast buffet cancelled They served just disappointing set menu with limited item , not fresh and not suitable for kids or vegetarians Pre-prepared omelet or flafel wrapped by plastic film ??.. even you have to ask for hot water and tea bag to make a coffee or tea wich take a lot of time to bring it .. My kid had no food options .. no milk , no cornflakes, no potatoes either mashed or fries, no fresh fruits , no good quality cheese just cold cuts or sausages plate wich not a good chioce for them my 6 previous stays throughout 5 years there was always a good quality fresh breakfast ??? We don't have the same problem with dinner as they served good quality buffet at porto sokha resort not the jabal hotel

Quit , clean cozy hotel , the view is outstanding.. clean pool and the staff is very friendly.. i would like to thank everyone of staff member the reception , room service ... every time you were amazing .. my previous 6 stays i would like to rate them 10 out of 10 but unfortunately this time only 7

The side sea view on booking is not the same in the hotel. You cant even see the sea from the room.

Everything about the place is magical. The quietness, the infinity pool, the breeze and the great scenary from up there. I can't let the summer pass without a weekend in El Jabal hotel. See you next summer <3
