TurkeyThe downside is that the shuttle is not enough. Families with children definitely choose the seagate side.If you want to go to the sea side from aqua side you need to get 3 separate transfers on the shuttle.That was the worst thing ever. There is no premium shuttle or own shuttle for each familythats make you use the bus and wait for the line for a while in the holiday.
The best hotel to visit in Egypt. To list the beautiful aspects of the hotel; 1- Hygienic 2- Staff supportive 3- Good food 4- Good facilities 5- Diving area.

Saudi ArabiaThe experience during the checkout process was not as expected, as there was no decision maker to allow & accept the free of charge late checkout and we called +4 times to facilitate and discuss the same topic with no chance. We understand/ respect the resort policy. However, the usual practice is to show flexibility by extending for free of charge (Rixos asked for 50-100$ for the late checkout).
Outstanding Experience. All good & above expectations (staff very friendly and helpful, facilities, services, resort size, food, kids club, activities, etc…) (Except the below comments).

RussiaLiked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!

We came here after having a terrible ordeal at the Royalton hotel down the road, and it was literally like walking into a different country. The staff, service, food, grounds and decor were UNBELIEVABLE. We are avid travellers to The Grand at Moon Palace in Mexico and so love our luxury holidays. This time as we did not want to travel so far out we tried Egypt and NEVER expected to find anything that came remotely close to MP, but it turns out we were very much mistaken. We have already rebooted to come back to Rixos in July 2023 and after showing out photos and vids to friends they are all coming too.

Egyptrestaurants reatervations for dinner is not well arranged as QR code is not working and all the day all restaurants are fully booked. I reserved a dinner in People restaurant which is not good experience because of handling from staff there.

Saudi ArabiaI hadn't understood my booking meant that we were staying across the road from the main hotel. I understand now that is what I booked, but still was a disappointment. Took 45 minutes for them to arrange transport to go the Aqua reception after flight and small child etc. In the end the Aqua room we had was a nice room with a pool view and balcony. The guys at the end of the jetty weren't very helpful or cheerful, maybe because the reef was closed due to winds.....? The bar in the main hotel staff were more interested in each other than the customer, the bar in Aqua side quite the opposite - very good.
The Lady Barbara in guest relations was very helpful when we were looking into changing rooms. Mohammed in the buffet restaurant Aqua side gave great service inside & Mustafa outside. Reception staff Aqua side were very helpful. The water park was good and located easily to get to. Once we understood the internal transport on the buggies, it was very helpful, maybe an explanation would help at the beginning of the stay to navigate between two properties. Pools on both properties were very nice and huge.
