I didn’t like the fact that the room service and the front desk took more time than the normal to response.

The structure of the location and the environment and how calm it was made it exceptional to me in total. I also have a huge gratitude and a comment to leave about the front desk receptionist, his name is Abanoob, such a great welcoming, helpful, cheerful and decent front desk i have dealt with in Egypt. If theres any reason for him to be promoted i believe he earned it and he deserves it.

At Breakfast the espresso/ cappuccino machine was not working. They served hot drinks in paper cups, I had to ask for a regular cups ( purslane).

Breakfast was 0k. Burgers on the beach from the Beach bar was amazing. The pizza needs improvement. Room service burger was ok.

SPA is OUTSTANDINGGGG. Excellent services, super clean and STAFF is Professional. All are recommended, and i send a special thanks to UNJAI the Big Boss at the Thalasso Center. She is amazing.

The beach contained some rubbish in our 3rd day The mosquitoes were a lot I reserved a pool and sea side room, but was handed a garden and sea side room, the view was very good, but I should have compensated for that

The room location was not pleasant. I had to step through a raised doorway, like a picture frame, to get to the hallway my room was located in. I would have preferred to have a balcony in the family room, that too was a little disappointing as most of the other rooms had balconies.

The proximity to the private beach was nice, the staff were lovely, and the food at the restaurant was very tasty. I appreciate how friendly everyone was and that they offered services and entertainment on the resort grounds.

The furniture is quite old. We had difficulty to open the cupboard to put our clothes. room 1088 Secondly, we had always problems to open the room as there is a problem with the door lock and we had to ask the house keeping or to go to the reception to have access to our room. Thirdly the machines in the gym is old and is not functioning properly.

Choice of food was good. beach facilities are good.
