We loved everything. The location is very amazing between the mountains and the sea and you get to see both views day or night. Swimming pool was very nice with options for cold or warm water. Sea water pool was a nice touch. We also enjoyed unlimited amounts of our favorite drinks from the pool bar. Beach was perfect with calm water and you get to watch marine life within meters distance from the shore. Food was delicious with lots of options from multiple cuisines and the staff were very helpful and well mannered. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abd Elbaki and Mr. Osama from restaurant management for the excellent hospitality and their professionalism. It was our first time and it left a big impression and certainly won’t be our last.

In general the hotel is good, you get what you paid. But, when you stay in all-included hotel you expect the served food for 3 meals and also as snack out side of the denning room to be in a minimum level which was not the situation. The food is bad and the service is lousy in side the dinning room, very slow and made our family to eat separately while waiting in the long queue for service. In this kind of vacation, the food is a major part, and therefore it has a main effect on the rate. We didn't pay for a military food but for a higher level. On top of that, the employees who serve the food are doing it without any passion and any level of service culture which also has some impact on our experience. I wish I could recommend on this hotel which has many things to suggest to their visitors, but once this parameter is so problematic, I feel like I can't do it. Better for you to improve this factor.

The hotel is in a good location and the facility overall good. Staff is friendly. The only major weakness is the food- an important item for us.

There is not a deep swimming pool, the maximum depth is approximately 1.40 meters. There is also no pier in the sea to the depths, you have to walk knee-deep in water. The lifeguard sits on the shore, quite far from swimming people, which in my opinion is unsafe

upon check-in, they offered us the best room for free, which was very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good European and local cuisine, but quite monotonous. A 5-7 day rest is just what you need.

rooms need a bit more attention to details on paint leftovers, etc .AC had dirt on the output, looks like mold. Do not use Tap water or drink any coffee that is made out of it Free beer is only local/Stella, dont take drinks with Ice, as the ice is made of tap water

The rooms had a great view and we were upgraded. The rooms were not as glamorous as they appeared on the website

The staff was very polite and helpful. Being kosher, they tried to find solutions by giving us fresh fruit and vegetables ,etc. Chef Ahmed and his team were great. Location was good and the free shuttle ti the market was a nice extra. Tx

Stayed one night , We had a horrible smell of cigarettes all night long inside the bed room. Couldn’t sleep , We booked 2 rooms , one was smelling good. General vibe is people day drinking

Didn't like the behaviour of some of the guests that took one of the pool to their selfs as a private pool some of them bring their speakers and put their own music while the hotel music is working so it heard as a party of noise. And other groups was allowed to smoke their ordered nargilas arround the pool and even inside the pool some of the guests smoked while on sun bed inside the pool. The hotel managers allowed all these cases which for other guests this was so annoying. They need to manage it better. - the rooms are very old the floor inside the shower is not so clean and the shower Faucet since 1990. The saulty pool was no clean.

Huge resort, its decor, food, pool, beach full of colorful fish. And checkin was so easy and quick they allowed us to swim after checkout. The bar beside the reception was great. Trh bartenders are good.

Room service was very bad. Maby we were just unlucky but it was pretty bad. Room nightstand droors could be cleaned more.

All food from breakfast to dinner was really good, make sure you come open time of each meal(breakfast, lunch, dinner) Amazing 7 pools, great beach with beautiful fish, sultan bar was 10/10 especially at the evening. Staff smiles and says hello sir or something like that. House keeping was nice, they left us three apples, and organized everything so well.

The food in the dining room was not testy, there was a large variety of food, but the quality needs to be improved. We suffered from diarrhea and had to stay 24 hours in the room, this experience which had spoiled our vacation

We liked the pools, beach, and hotel activities were nice. the service and the staff were excellent too. The beach bar provides drinks and snacks, and ice cream, so it was excellent for the children.

Rooms were a little bit dusty and there was a stain on the floor that wasn’t cleaned

Loved the hotel. Super beautiful very spacious and big. The staff was absolutely amazing every thing that we needed was provided for us. My brother had an epilepsy attack and the staff was so amazing with dealing with the situation and even offered him meals to his room after the kitchen was closed.
