The hotel build so many rooms but didn't extend dinning area. We really struggled finding a table outside during dinner launch and breakfast to sit outside . In the evening also if you had dinner later you can't find a table to watch the program or sit outside. I stayed in several hotels in Egypt and was disappointed that there is no fresh beans coffee, just instant powder coffee machines , plus you need to pay for fresh juice in the morning too when other hotels offers fresh orange juice..

We returned to the the hotel after 5 years and enjoyed our stay, staff is very helpful. Lovely location for snorkelling . Strange that you not allowed to snorkel on your own, as it is not a rule in any other hotels. I was impressed that it had oat and almond milk

As an all-inclusive resort it was beautiful but nothing else was near that you could walk to.

We were told we can see turtles in the sea bybthe reef (90% of chances). But when we asked to hore scuba gear, they explained us that there are no turtles in this area, we have to take a boat to different reef. So we got dissapointed as no boats sailed for the two days we stayed there. Also the game water polo was fun until german guys started drown other players for fun. That wasn’t pleasant for me and my young son. No staff member stopped them doing them. Someone can drown if they continue behaving like that.

Amazing location, great facilities. All inclusive foor had good variety, even vegetarian and vegan food. Reef by the hotel beach for snorkelling was super awesome.

The night entertainment was better than last year, you really should have more international dance nights more than animation shows. I wish they would have golf carts or something to take us to the sea on super hot days.. but it's not that far

Everything was absolutely perfect as usual.. they sent me a cake for my birthday and they were exceptionally amazing and made my day... the beach, night entertainment, the gorgeous sea, the food and the staff... the Cuban band was AMAZING, the female singer has a superb voice and passion, loved the mexican dance show... my third stay and certainly won't be my last... thank you ❤️

No real complaints. The meat was sometimes overcooked, but that's minor, given the excellent value of this resort.

This is very comfortable resort with an incredible house reef and within walking distance of a national park reef. Snorkeling is wonderful (50 plus species of fish and perhaps 20 meters deep)! Snorkeling, scuba, and wet suit rental is easy and affordable, so while the resort's pool is also well designed with a wet bar, with the Red Sea nearby, why bother? The buffet style food and drink was very good and plentiful, and there were several excellent souvenir shops on the premises.

I will only say: advise your housekeeping staff not to be offering massages, if I want one, I will go to the spa ;) I won't let that individual incident jeopardize my overall experience with you, but it was uncomfortable.

I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Egypt before going to airport. I wanted to having a relaxing day at the hotel and I couldn't have chosen better! :) As a solo female traveller for the first time in Egypt, it felt great that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great vibe for an all inclusive resort! Full of gardens with flowers and birds, walking around is a paradise! I have arrived to the hotel earlier and they did me a free room upgrade and let me check in immediatly! Also I has my flight was 9pm, it was great the hotel had the option for late check out! The beach was a 5min walk from the room, white sandy, very comfortable chairs and what a reef! I have booked this one due to the comments about its reef, and it is true! It is unbelievably beautiful! They have some hotel restaurant there and a diving centre. Also some activities take place throughout the day! The room was great, with a lovely balcony with see view, mattress was very comfy (and the hotel has a possibility to change the mattress if you are not happy with yours!) I really enjoyed the quiet pace, the kindness of the staff, and that they don't have people bothering you to sell stuff too often (tours, spa, etc). Also the hotel has a lot of sustainable measures in place, almost no plastic and strong policies to preserve their reef! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 day, but I want to come back! It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! It does indeed feel like a home far from home!
