Service at the restaurant too slow

From the entrance to the end, a very good service at all. Fantastic experience. Super helpful and friendly reception staff, big thank you for Mr. Reda, very lovely helpful about everything. Me and my family we will always remember our holidays. Great.

The view from our room which is on the side of the main building and overlooking a concrete roof mainly could be improved though we weren’t in the room a lot so did not mind this. The ice cream slots could be longer or changed slightly so it’s not so close to the end of the lunch hour. The beach was lovely and private but a bit small.

It was a lovely and comfortable stay with a nice well equipped first floor room for us and our two children 4 and 9, who stayed in bunk beds. The buffet restaurant as part of the full board package had a lot of choice which the children were happy with. The slides and swimming pool facilities, pool table, mini golf and evening entertainment were all great. The ice creams and drinks were great too. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gardens and pretty and well maintained. The beach was fun and the sunbeds comfortable. The walk on the pier with stairs going down to allow shallow water walking offered lovely views. The Belgian touch was a welcome surprise.

Lots of good swimming pools to choose from and very fun pool slides. Lots of interactive activities to do everyday and evening as well. Very good service by staff members especially HASSAN who helped us at reception with a lot of things.

Everything was great and I can't really fault the hotel as it was excellent value for money. Very minor things that could be improved: the pillows were too hard for our liking. Also, they could consider having a couple of snack bars available throughout the day (out of meal times) with fruits only and some toasts for the kids.

Beautiful hotel with nice facilities and well maintained gardens and communal areas. Lots of activities for the kids and good quality entertainment for the adults. A wonderful singer with a great voice made our evenings fun by the pool bar. The room was spacious and modern with great amenities. Buffet had a reasonable variety of food, cooked very nicely. We felt we had enough choices to choose over each day, but opposed to other inclusive hotels, we felt the amount of food on display was more sensible and limited. This was good as one can avoid the urge to try all at once and minimise food waste. We felt safe and very well looked after. We were two dads with our children, and we felt comfortable at all times. All staff members were super polite and professional.

The hotel salon. Such a total rip off. Not so professional hairstylist.

The entire property is relaxing, some of the staff are really friendly. Upon check-in, the receptionist (I think his name is Mohammed) gave me a very good room for my family. I think that was an upgrade. The breakfast and overall food are alright. The bellman that assisted us from check-in yo check-out is also amazing. Sorry I got your name. You deserve to be mentioned.

I don't like that is not 100% all inclusive. I would have rather pay a bit more up front and then have access to the little extras being sold separately. For example the frigobar, the milkshakes, waffles, etc. I did not like that over the week we stayed there we never saw the animation staff have a day off. They are humans that work very hard and it would make me feel better they are getting the rest they deserve.

The hotel is very nice, the animation team are fantastic and overall we had a pleasant stay. I would say this hotel is definitely recommended to families with young children. I am grateful that we received a free upgrade. Thanks

We stayed in the main building and it was all open plan. Although very nice.... Maybe, the shower cubicle could have more privacy where the see through glass is and maybe a hook inside to grab a towel to walk out with. (Father and daughter in one room) Maybe toothpicks in the restaurants!

We just stayed in the Three Corners Hotel in Hurghada. We were upgraded as soon as we got there. Thankyou. Beautiful room. Plenty of space. Lovely food with loads of choice. Three pools, two heated, all with very comfy sunbeds. Good entertainment. All in all a very nice holiday. Thankyou so much. Plus Brilliant service from everyone..
