There wasn't hot water in the room and at the beginning they want to place me in room without bathroom so i was asking for changing the room as paid for one with private bathroom. Overall my previous stay in this place was much better.

It should be bb, that what they even told me while i checked in, however next morning I asked about the breakfast and they told me they don't provide it.

The cleaning lady was so kind, also bed is small but comfortable. Overall if you need one night stay is ok

They gave me rotten eggs, and nasty sugar-orange juice for their breakfast. If you go down to the kitchen you can see half of the eggs floating in the pot. When I pointed this out they did not seem to care. I paid for an air-conditioned room but the first night they did not have one available and put me in hot room instead. There is one remote for all air conditioners in the building, so you cannot change settings without hassle. The air conditioning is also right above your head which makes your face very cold while the room is still normal temperature. When I asked where my toilet paper was they said I should go buy some. You are not allowed to bring any female friends to your room at all (even though I booked for 2). The staff are unhelpful, smoking and sometimes arguing with their friends in the lobby all night. The wifi is poor on the days when it works at all, and nobody offered to change my sheets or clean my room in the 4 days I have been here. I have traveled the world, and this property SUCKS.

The beds and pillows in the double room I booked were comfortable. They will give you a clean towel if you ask.

To start the door never closed properly felt unsafe all the time-toilets are disgusting to be honest the whole country is disappointing whit trash everywhere and scammers spend your money elsewhere go to turkey or morocco.

Cleaning is not the best but it is because the dust is normal in Egypt because of the sand. Great relation price/value.

The host is a kind man. All the staff is nice. The beds are comfortable.

staff is so unprofessional, they don’t know even if you are coming or not , rooms dirty, only one lady is cleaning the hole hostel, it s ok for one night.

The rooms are OK but one cover is not enough for winter nights. The shared bathrooms are totally dirty any time of the day. They didn't know anything about the booking at the beginning. After many phone calls the staff at reception manage to find it.

You have to ask for the breakfast and wait 15-60 minutes depending how busy is reception staff. There is a shared kitchen. There is wifi, altough is slow and won't reach all rooms.
