We had the room with kitchen, so cleaning was just once a week.. which was a surprise. There is no proper parking in front of the hotel for loading and unloading of luggage.

The hotel is near the Opera, so very central. All the staff were extremely helpful and always happy to assist.

Perfect location to access every important staatsoper, museums and castles. The best bathtub I enjoyed in my travel in Europe. Beautiful authentic furniture, cleanness, free sparkling water and coffee/tea served by machine, friendly staff.

The location is perfect. Top sights are in a walking distance within 150 m -1,7 km radius. Very close to the shopping area. The quality restaurants/ cafes nearby. Lovely breakfast and an amazing staff. It was an excellent choice for our weekend trip.

The sofa bed was terrible and my husband had trouble opening the door but I didn't. Windows fully opened which was a little scary with kids. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location was great. Close to public transportation and good food. The staff was attentive and the front desk was open 24/7. The beds were comfortable and they had free coffee and sparkling water in the lobby. The fridge came stocked with beer, water, and champagne. They cleaned the room everyday.

For some reason, the apartment was not even vacuumed once during our entire stay there.

We didn't include breakfast in our booking, but the location of the hotel was great; just one block from the Opera and practically right in the middle of the city center. The room/apartment itself was amazing, with great square meter surface, unbelievable interior and every amenity we could ask for the duration of our stay. We loved it!

If I have to say anything negative, it's I wish more attention would have been paid to actually scrubbing the wooden floors at the apartments entry and kitchen.

Perfect in so many ways. This hotel has both rooms and apartments and each is different. Our experience with apartment 400 was wonderful. We stayed for 23 nights and it felt like a luxury flat right across from Karlsplatz and the Opera House. The metro, literally steps from the door, but it was such a beautiful walk through Christmas lit Karntner to Stephansplatz and Graben Street we only used it to travel further. The spacious apartment had a separate dining room, functional kitchenette with a pass through and bar stools (a little short on utensils though) very spacious living area with comfortable furniture and partitioned off, a large bedroom with lots of closet space. While we were there, both my husband and I fell ill with an intestinal virus and were ever so grateful to have a warm, comfortable place while we recovered. In the lobby is a complimentary espresso machine, free bottled prickled water and fruit infused still water. In our room, instant coffee, high-end tea and Ovaltine, in the refrigerator, more prickled (carbonated) water and 2 beers, which were replenished each week when housekeeping performed their services included with the long-stay rate. We were staying over my birthday and without a word from us, they knew and delivered 2 mini champagne bottles, chocolates and a very nice note. We took advantage of the clothes washing and drying facilities located downstairs. You simply download the wewash app, reserve the machine and it automatically dispenses the detergent. Wash was 4.50 Euro and dry was 4 Euro per load. Aside from being close to the Karlsplatz Christmas market, we found a few restaurants on the block we loved, Ciao Amici, Bistro 59 and Wok and More and L'Opera Cafe. But, saving the best for last, we have to pay homage to the wonderful staff whom we got to know over the course of our stay. Smiles, kind gestures and helpful tips without being intrusive. A very small item is the lack of storage in the bathroom to put toiletries. A few shelves would be useful.

Excellent location, the staff were extremely friendly. We had a small issue in the room, but within 10 minutes the maintenance staff came to check.

The kitchen could have had more appliances and tools for those who want to cook: there was no toaster, no kitchen shears, no colander for draining pasta. Also would be better if there was a real oven for reheating takeout rather than just a microwave.

The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfect from the seating area, large comfortable sofas and chairs, to the bathroom with heated towel rack. The breakfast was excellent and staff very accommodating. Also each day our refrigerator was stocked with two free beers and mineral waters. There was additional mineral water in the lobby and also latte machines with all-day free service. Could not ask for a better hotel.

Fantastic location, close to public transportation and inner city sights. Room was very comfy and welll appointed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Free coffee and water in the beautiful sitting area next to the lobby was a nice bonus.
