“This place is stunning. The pictures don't really do it justice. We had a really spacious room with a view of the river. The bed was so comfortable, I'm now trying to buy the same mattress! The shower was great, the furniture beautiful and the breakfast delicious. Note that they do provide breakfast, you just have to order and pay for it separately. From the train station, it's about a 15-20 minute walk, crossing the river. The location is great as it's right next to the market and a short walk from the city walls. We had a really relaxing, peaceful stay in Balaguer.”
