It was clean, comfortable, everything I needed provided, except for a wine opener, that was broken so I bought one and left it there. The pool was spotless and just a nice size. The location is perfect.

The swimming pool is amazing. The whole property is traditional but has a contemporary finish. Very clean and well kept. Katharina is a great host, very polite and loved to chat. We would stay again.

The room we booked didn't have a mirror. A tall mirror in the bedroom is essential. The room we had was small and had no living room to relax. There is no air conditioning but it is listed as having it. This wasn't an issue though as the property has thick walls so the temperature is comfortable and we slept well.

The location of the flat is very good and the space is good to accommodate 4 people and the balcony has bene very appreciated.

The biggest problem was with the toilet, the wc is very inadequate for use, even for just 4 persons and with appropriate use and maintenance from us. It's connected to a sewer stand that should clog easily and that when out of order asks the guest May have to pay charges of approximately €300. Unbelivable! In addition, there is a noise detection device in the living room, which is not declared beforehand until check-in - the device is monitored by the host. Moreover the house and the Building in general are quite old and the main door Is not very easy to open. A bit of things to improve...

There was no soundproof. When people talked in the corridor we could hear it clearly in the room. If you happened to be in the washroom when your neighbour entered or left their room, the door was like being shut in your face. So the experience really depends on if you have a decent neighbour or not. The room was tiny as well.
