“Most rooms have a view down into Segovia, including the Roman aqueduct and the cathedral (shame about the nearby concrete silo, but hey, who's complaining.) Food interesting. Staff very professional. They cater for coach parties and functions, and have a catering school. Aiming at gastronomic market. The food in the cafeteria can be quite simple, but it's good. Extensive wine list.”

The young lady checking us in was so helpful and informative and went out of her way to find a map and explain the area to us.
The bar attached to the hotel had a lovely authentic atmosphere, the wine was reasonable and the tapas were amazing!
