For such a large hostel, the kitchen was very small, although well stocked. The walls are fairly thin so it can be a little bit noisy, but the noise goes away. Also, depending on where your room is this does mean that you can hear the toilets.

The location is great, really central between the old and new parts of Madrid. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were in good condition. Free coffee and churros in the mornings was also excellent!!

In my opinion, the number of toilets and showers wasn't enough. Besides, I couldn't use hot water in any of my tries when taking a shower. I would suggest to include shampoo in the shower.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walking from Plaza del Sol. The staff was very kind and the bar on the rooftop has stunning views of Madrid.

Location near tirso de Molina metro station, beds were comfortable, kitchen was good with churros, tea and coffee for free, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very good location with lots of nice cafes and food places nearby, as well as only being a few minute walk from the centre. Comfy beds and bathrooms were fine, a real highlight would be the roof top terrace, which had a bar and was such a good spot to watch the sunset over the city

If you are staying at the 5th floor you will be able to hear the music from the bar at the terrace. Kitchen was way to small to fit a lot of people there as there are 5 floors with at least 9 rooms per floor and around 100 people same as the common area that is next to the kitchen

They helped me with my luggage, eventhough I already checked out. The complimentary churros and coffee in the mornings.

Not the problem of property but had a group of loud French lads come in at 5:30 in the morning, smoking in room, playing music and being very loud. Staff sorted within 15 mins and was very apologetic, hopefully he sees this as we appreciated it.

Overall the stay was really good. There are 2 small points though, that could be improved in the amenities: - All of the beds are in a kind of a box to keep privacy, but they have a whole in the woodwork that is not possible to close and allows too much light inside. - The toilet space could be bigger.

Location is excellent. The kitchen and common areas are really good. The room and bathroom were very clean and staff were kind and attentive.

There's a hole in the bed panel divider that doesn't make any sense. Lights gets right into your face when someone turns on the light. This is the only problem that I faced there.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The most important thing is that everything was very clean. Also the staff were so friendly and helpful there. For sure, I would stay there again.

The shower was one of those that you need to press to have water coming out, kind of annoying to have to press every couple seconds to get a continuous flow of water.

The bed was comfortable, with maximum privacy and I felt safe sleeping at night. The location is top notch, right next to the metro line 1. It also was nice and quiet at night and the staff were helpful. The free guided tour by Wolftours was lovely to discover the history of the city with our tour guide Erika!!
