There is nothing to dislike about this apartment.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the historic centre. Spotlessly clean thanks to the daily visit from the cleaner. Every amenity you could want - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving kit, shoe shine, hair dryer, you name it, it was provided. 24 hour availability of hotel staff if needed. We had a perfect stay, thank you.

There is only one thing which disturb us very much : the terrible smell on the corridor of the house coming from the basement.

The location and apartment is great.Also the staff is very helpful and nice . Everything is very close from this wonderful apartment: restaurants , the Mercado Central , other shops and bars. Excelent location .

Incredible modern flat with super space. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Great kitchen. Two balconies, one overlooking pretty little square. Right in the centre of the city but in a quiet side street. Food at the hoist hotel was good and with a nice ambience. Lift to the apartment.

Check-in was at 3:30 p.m instead of 2:00 p.m. we had to wait until our room was ready

The apartment is very clean, new and cosy. There were a lot of space and many balconies. The shower is fantastic. The double bed is big and comfortable. Everything was provided for a long stay. The location is great, just in the downtown. Would go there again

Can be noisy during weekend but this is a prize for being in the city center.

Very cozy place either for short or longer stay if you are not like standard hotel as accommodation but want to rather feel like ‘home’. Just in the heart of Valencia ;) Great communication with very friendly staff!

Not really anything. Maybe a bit pricy, but on the other hand, it fits with the price levels of Valencia.

Extremely friendly and hospital staff at the hotel (that manages Anderson City Flats as well). My flat was not ready on time, but immediately they asked for my plans and when they heard I had some work to be done, they arranged me a table in the bar + unlimited supply of good coffee. Breakfast was really tasty and it's been one of the cleanest flats I've been at.

no fault of the apartment at all but be careful of the bar, directly underneath the apartment block. bag thieves working in cahoots with the bar owner. shame to see! we luckily managed to stop a lady having her bag taken

our flight was cancelled, so booked this as new accommodation and they accommodated us at such short notice. apartment was on first floor. spotlessly clean, great layout, great added extras, nice and cool

Fab central location in the old town. Beautiful clean apartment on a corner with five little balconies to view the square and two other streets. Apartment was very clean and well equipped and had lots of attention to detail and little touches which made our stay very pleasant. Rafa was so lovely and helpful to us regarding finding the hotel and during check in. Highly recommend in every way and will return.
