Felt that the pool area could be cleaner nobody ensured that the empty cups and cans were put in bins and bins emptied we stayed in April off-season so this may not be the case in the high-season.

The Room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The reception staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This hotel is perfectly located for both the beach and port adventure. on a half-board basis there were loads of selections.

Very little to complain about

Stayed for RACC Rally and the hotel was perfect for that purpose. Better than Sol Daurada where we stayed for past 4 years. Early breakfast was a bonus and room, food and parking were better than expected.

large coach parties blocking the entrance to the restaurant, pushing past individual guests to go in as a group. Individual guested where ignored. Hotel didn’t organise this it was a free for all. Hotel should have organised two separate queues, one for individual guests one for large coach groups. This was a big failure and caused a lot of discontent. Also the large groups didn’t seem to have any supervision.

spacious grounds, plenty of room to find a quite space if required. Food was excellent best we have experienced in Spain.

the only bad thing is that you cant control the room temperature in the room, which in summer makes it a bit unconfortable.

Everything was great, from breakfast to the cleanliness. the staff were very nice and helpful. Perfect for families with young children. Close to all the attractions and a 10 min walk to city centre.Mexican night was my favorite.

- Honestly, housekeeping is poor. Not just their cleans in general but they would knock and walk straight in, no 5 second wait, just right in. I was caught out once undressed and the housekeeper was still talking to me even though I was clearly not comfortable. - Food is not great (not worth the money), if you're a foodie, you'll want to go off the premises to get half decent food. - The use of plastic and paper plates really got to me, the waste this hotel produces must be incredible (May not bother you) - No kettle in the bedroom - €7.50 for a slice of pizza is day light robbery

Good place to put your head at night. It was fairly basic room amenities and depends what rooms. Staff were helpful Mexican night food was great Bar food snacks is actually better than what's produced in the restaurant

The balcony door locks out if you close it , no way to get back in , no regard to health and safety, I had to get receptionist to come up and unlock it for me.

The staff are the worst I have ever came across, so unfriendly especially the reception staff. Under 8s aren't allowed to use the indoor pool plus you have to pay 6 euro for using it. Ridiculous rule. This hotel is full of very large groups of students, while most groups are fine the Spanish were let run riot all night long. Roaring in the corridors, out on the balconies and jumping from balcony to balcony. Hotel staff didnt appear to care about the rest of their residents. Awful place at night.

The food was brilliant, couldn't fault it and so much variety, rooms were fantastic, clean, good size etc. Hotel is in good location.

Not very silenced room( you could hear the conversation on the coridor ). A minus - in the big bathroom the drainage slope was quite flat and if you' re not carefull the water could flow out of the shower in the bathroom.

Clean, good breakfast ( despite the fact that was very crowded , they make the refill quite fast, variety of meal, clean tables) , relatively near Port Aventura Park( could do it in 15 min on foot), If you came by bus , the station is walking distance. They make the room every day, change the towels and make the bed. Toiletries such as tooth paste , toothbrush, comb etc. 2 bathrooms ! - one big , one small.

1. The hotel positions itself as non-smoking, but actually it is allowed to smoke on balcony, and almost all people do it. So, if staying safe and health is very important for you, ask room without balcony or stay away from the hotel. 2. Air conditioner works only if you close balcony door completely (up for a click), but there is no information about this trick in the room!

It ha ms a great location. Close to the center, Port Aventura Park and in 10 min you are at the beach. It is also very clean and the staff is very friendly.

We arrived with family to enjoy swimming pool. It was opened only until 18:00. We wasn’t informed about it! And next day it was opened only from11:00-13:00! That’s why our stay in hotel was useless! Should be more information about pool times in booking.!!!!!
