restaurant was closed due to low season, therefore small offer and nothing typical spanish (just frozen food) they could at least arrange a spanish ham and cheese platter with their good wine...

The washroom was Not Clean, the bathtub was not clean and had mold on the tiles. Who ever is in charge of cleaning needs to make sure that the washroom is Clean. Everything else was great , I Love my Bed. Extremely warm and comfortable.!

A very authentic hotel. Newly renovated, clean, modern, comfotable beds, silent, excellent location to rest, there are taverns nearby. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. Even though I made a mistake of the check- in date, the lady did not hesitate to change the date. I wish I stayed more…

Restaurant staff seemed overloaded and chaotic. At breakfast we had to ask for a clean table, plates, glasses etc. Carpets were dirty and stained, they re-cleaned on arrival but the next day they didn't come to clean the room. The reception staff kindly helped. But it seems there's some issues. It would have been nice to be able to use the bath.

Location was good and the reception staff were kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and the furnishing was nice. Restaurant food was good value for money.

First night very noisy and hit in attic room! But they changed us so perfect after that. Breakfast was advertised as €10 (x3) staff says €8 but we were charged €12 (x3 so €36) I would have questioned it but husband didn’t!

Hotel is a little dated. Staff friendly but clueless. We arrived 5pm on a Sunday very hungry and very much in need of wine. The desk told us the wine was all closed on Sunday, and no food in town till 8:30pm. We ventured out at 8:30 only to find the hotel's own restaurant had been open the whole time, and there was a giant winery right across the street also open all day.

Nice base for touring a pretty wine area. They have underground parking. Parking is hard in Spain, so the 8 euros they charged worked great for me. Good restaurant, and really enjoyed the breakfast.

Air conditioning

This is a really great hotel. Lovely big room ,comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning a bit noisy but seems to be controlled by suppliers rather than hotel. We turned it off. Had dinner one night, very tasty and reasonably priced. Nothing much in Cenicero itself but would certainly go back to hotel if in the area

Portable A/C in the room was extremely noisy. Put a big sign by the switch that opens the garage door.

Very tidy and clean. The staff were wonderful. If you are a biker the parking is very secure.

The restaurant only opened the day we arrived, no menus, and everything just seemed very disorganised. The waiter however was amazing and very apologetic.

Spacious, modern decor, secure parking, location amazing. All the staff we had dealings with were brilliant. Helpful and friendly.

Great winery across the street, would recomend the wine tasting tour. They also have a nice vinoteca.
