We choose the b&b for the location close to the Turía. It’s only a 7-minute walk. The owner contacted me upon arrival to meet, because there’s not always someone around. They easily changed breakfast for me, because of my triathlon competition. We left our luggage on departure day and got a set of keys to get back in.

The bed was a bit narrow for two people to sleep in. If I stay there again I would ask if there is a bigger bed in any of the other rooms. We stayed for one week and a couple of mornings no croissants were available. Not sure if they were all eaten before we got there.

I loved how much care Adrian and his lovely wife put into this location which is just 15 minutes away on foot from Colon (a main transport connection point for Valencia). Their recommendations really contributed to a better visiting experience too. Their spotlessly clean place has everything a traveler might need: a comfortable bed, an air conditioning system which allows you to set a perfect temperature, a mini-fridge for late night snacks and even some tea & cookies for times of cravings. The breakfast room is accessible from 6-10 everyday and there are just 4-5 tables, but the accommodation venue is small, so it's never crowded. The breakfast items are fresh, delicious and on the sweet side: freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, cookies, cereal & milk, jam & butter, but there's some yoghurt or melted cheese as well. Their coffee is great! I also arrived late & left very early, so it was easier with the self-check-in & check-out process. I'll definitely book them again whenever I'm in Valencia!

The neighborhood is not very touristy, which is nice, but it also means restaurant choices are more for locals. In tourist areas restaurants tend to stay open more flexibly, but near Casa Martinez they really shut down for hours in the afternoon. Don’t arrive hungry as I did!

My room was on the back and VERY quiet. Everything was clean and in good condition. Staff is only present in the mornings for the breakfast set up and to turn over rooms but Maite is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely try the orange juice machine! Easy walking distance to the beautiful park that runs through the city.

The automatic motion detection light in the entrance that kept turning off every 10-15 seconds. One minute would make more sense. The shutters in the bedroom were not working properly when we arrived and hard to sleep when morning light arrived.

Outstanding couple Adrian and Francesca running their property that gave us many helpful tips on what to visit in the city. They make all the difference.

The variety of breakfast could be improved - some cheese and ham can be offered. The shower could be better cleaned.

The hosts were really nice and helpful. The room was spacious enough and very bright. The bed was comfortable. The location is good - the old city center and the City of Art& Science both were within walking distance. The espresso and fresh orange juice were a big plus.

Great little hotel with super friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast is really plentiful and the perfect way to set you up for exploring this fabulous city.... sit by the window if you can, great for early morning people watching! The location of this hotel couldn't be better, close to Rusafa with all its bars and restaurants, only a short stroll to La Turia and the Old Town is within easy reach.

Breakfast was good, the only thing I would like to add is some kind of meet/sausage and cheese for sandwiches.

We couldn’t have asked for a more ideal location for the price and we were so pleased with the efficient remote check in that was provided by the staff who were also incredibly helpful and sent us recommendations via WhatsApp for food and New Years celebrations. We loved our stay and will definitely be staying again.

I would have prefered to have fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. But the toaster made up a lot of that. And that is really the only thing I can come up with to nag about. All was pretty much outstanding

Perfect Location! Right in the middle of sites as the beautiful old town, fancy L'Eixample for shopping and fine dining. laid back and artistic Rustafa and the City of arts and Sciences nearby. The Room is all we want, perfect bed and the best pillows ever (at least for us). The staff is very friendly and the owner even helped in how to source the pillows and we succeeded 🥰 Breakfast was very nice and the icing on the cake was freshly pressed Valencian oranges.
