I knocked down a point for comfortableness because the walls and doors are thin and you can hear everything. A kid was up very early and couldn’t let us sleep late.

The hotel was pleasant but a fair walk to the town and a long hill on the way back .Unfortunately the evening meal was very disappointing and half the menu unavailable. What a shame with good food it would have been good.

Good views from the hotel gardens. Rooms and bathrooms ok clean and tidy . Reasonable value for money and the staff were helpful but very busy at meal times.

I asked for the kettle and it wasn't working, fortunately it was posible to take hot water from the bar. For breakfast I ordered natural orange juice and it was from concentrate - for the concentrate juice the cost was too high - 3euro

Really nice place to stay to visit Toledo. Its not walking distance but you can drive a few minutes and park in Toledo or take a taxi. The view from the hotel is very nice. The service is excellent and the restaurant was good (we had dinner and breakfast there). Ample parking at the hotel.

Meal menu limited for an international hotel. EG breakfast from a fixed menu not a buffet style....AND no fruit or museli or any cereals offered !!!

The room was very noisy when other people were in the hallway and talking at night. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker so you could have coffee in the room or out on the beautiful terrace.

Beautiful location, parking, easy to find, breakfast available as well as restaurant for dinner.

Unfortunately the pool was closed despite the temperature being in the 30s. The room would be even better if there was a fridge. It is a bit of a hike to and from Toledo old town and fairly steep in parts so not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues.

We had the cheapest room but it was still very comfortable and well equipped. Views from the terrace are excellent, especially at night. The staff were very friendly. Nice breakfast.

The location is superb. There is plenty of parking, and the room had a fabulous view of the city. The food was excellent and all the staff very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Our second stay here, and will come again.

Only problem was the wooden edges of the bed stuck out further than the mattress and blended with the floor, so both of us hit our knees/legs quite hard on the edges which hurt quite a lot. Otherwise it was good.

Although not in the town centre, the location is perfect as it you get stunning views from up on the hill of the entire town including the central castle. This is the best part. The hotel is very pretty with nice rooms and good air conditioning. Parking is secure with a garage below keeping the car cool and protected from the sun in mid summer months. Just be aware you won’t want to walk into town in the summer months as Toledo is exceptionally hot and has lots of steep hills. But the views are amazing.

It was a little loud from the party on the patio, but that did not last late.

I loved the view from the room and the woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I also enjoyed having cocktails on the patio before dinner.

a little dated . don’t sleep won’t the window open ! mosquito and noisy. they should position the bed in the room so you can see out the window for the view in the morning. no coffee or tea facilities in the room
