Wifi doesn’t always work, sink was clogged, hot water runs out during shower

The rooms were cleaned but there was a terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom. As others mentioned the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours.

The location is good. It’s close everywhere. There are nice bars and cafes around.

1. Hot water is never stable, it will be a cold shower suddenly. 2. The flow of shower flowers is very small. 3. Sewers are clogged. 4. Some sewers stink. 5. The sound insulation is bad. 6. The bathroom light was broken at night. 7. The receptionist of Nov 14, 2022 daytime is a very short lady who is irresponsible and arrogant, pretending NOT to be the manager, solving nothing and she is the shame of the hostel. The price is not an excuse to escape the responsibility.

The rest of the staff are willing to help, which is the only good thing about this hostel.

This is a very good hostel and it's excellent for exploring Valencia and the surrounding areas. The rooms were very clean and are quite spacious for a hostel. The receptionists were very helpful and kept my luggage before check in. The hostel is located very close to Valencia Nord and Joaquín Sorolla train stations which was excellent for me since I came from Madrid by train and went for Motogp by train as well. To explore the rest of the city you can walk a bit more (highly recommended) or use public transport.

First of all, the location is really good and close to the city centre. There was a problem with our bathroom, and the plumber had to come during our stay, but we payed less than agreed which was great from the hostel! The staff is very kind and eager to help. I have nothing bad to say!

The bed was very uncomfortable. The walls must be really very thin because you could literally hear everything from the neighbouring room. If you have noisy and agressive neighbours like I did, sleeping is close to impossible even with earplugs. They left the door to my room open (once) after cleaning.

1.They keep the room clean (everyday cleaning if you want). Staff is nice.

The room had window to the small patio, due to which there was no sunlight entering. At 10 o clock in the morning it gave a sensation of the middle of the night. In the room there was noticeable smell of cigarettes Very small shower cabin

Being in the first floor and facing the patio, the room didn't have natural light. There wasn't a blow-dryer, shower mat and the only (small) mirror was in the bathroom. Also would say that the noise coming from the hallway or other bathrooms will wake up light sleepers.

Room was clean, mattresses were comfortable and space was ok for a short stay for 3 people. They cleaned the room and put new towels and shower gel every day.

The room was small but comfortable. The staff was highly courteous and kindly obliged to my additional requests. The best part was there was a hot chocolate and coffee machine vending out coffee for 50 cents.

Not the fault of the hostal, but there are horrible smells of sewage from outside, so you can't keep the window open. I noticed that also the whole building was smelling of sewage sometimes and on the streets of the city very unpleasant sewage smells.

Room was small but clean and cleaning was done daily :)
