The shower was rubbish, no pressure and goes hot and cold every 30 seconds, the toilet flush is tricky to use, we get that thus hotel is a save the plant kind of hotel but a shower is one of the important things in your room, second to a comfy bed which it was. Some of the room locations are a bit of a trek away from the bars and restaurants, we were in room 458 which is quite a distance away, it involved walking down 3 corridors with 2 sets of stairs, not ideal with a load of cases, and that was just to get to the lift to take youbto floor 4, and yep 458 is right at the end of the corridor so a mission to get anywhere, so ask for rooms nearer the restaurant if you can get one

The food was great, I am not a fan of buffets but have to say its one of the best buffets in a hotel I have had, the entertainment team work so hard and it shows, very good, fantastic for kids, although we didn't have kids with us we appreciated hiw good this hotel is for families and will return with my gran kids, location is fantastic too, pool bar serving drinks all day and night with different food areas for snacks, you are never hungry or thirsty in this hotel

The room needed some upgrading (worn out doors. Pools were still cold and snack bar could have a little more variety.

It GREAT location, about 150 yards from The Dunes! Loved the atmosphere, staff and near many restaurants! Hotel restaurant was very clean, food was delicious, lots to choose from in different options every night.

Some of the food wasn't as hot as it could have been.

Variety of food for all meals was very good. Great pools and plenty of sunbeds. Very popular for families with very young kids at that time of year (February).

The shower is dangerous. Searing hot water to freezing cold. Impossible to adjust. Just awful. The buffet is adequate but so many dishes are icy cold. Cooked carrots, Brussel sprouts all cold.

The staff are great, check in was lovely. Grounds are nice.

Good location, large property with evening shows for kids and adults. Food eas also good.

I would have preferred bed and breakfast only. Giant cockroach in my bathroom which scrambled into the room so I had to leave. Snacks were plentiful but awful. The healthy options were most unappetising. Parts of the hotel were run-down and off-putting.

Staff were helpful and mostly friendly. Excellent laundry service. Many fun pools suitable for all ages. Good location.

Maybe the only thing is that the beach is quite far, you need to go through the dunes to get there, and even this was not an issue for us. It would be an issue if you have small children.

We got hotel room with garden view, so it was quite in the evenings when all the activities start, good room for relaxation. Food was really good, the pool bar had a lot of bevarages to choose from, variety of everything.

The entertainment team could be more engaging. The information about activities is not easy to find, the screens changed to fast to read what is when. The all inclusive services finish at check out at 12pm even your flight is in the evening and you came late.

Good size room. Good food selection and food quality. Close to the Maspalomas Dunes. Good public transport connection to explore other parts of South GC.

Sometimes the music was very loud on the main swimming pool. It would be better to have a relaxing music but more acceptable volume.

I loved the all-inclusive format, there were plenty of food choices. The staff from the reception and the cleaning staff were always kind and with a smile greeting you. Location amazing, walking distance between the city center and the beaches.

food.... could be better, sometimes not properly cooked, but overall still good. missing plates quite often but i guess breakfast staff was swamped at rush time music at night (animation) was way too loud and until too late.... took my toodler to sleep and hear music up until 11 pm which is in my opinion way too late if you wish to go in for an early night

fabulous hotel and staff, great experience, water park for kids is out of this world, would definitely come back and stay longer! also agreed on late check out and cheap day pass to stay longer. thanks to everyone

Abruptness of staff member, which I’m told is likely a language barrier issue, but body language reaffirmed the intention of the abruptness. Otherwise no other issues with staff. The stairs to reach upper floors on arrival were problematic and I spent some time assisting some elderly ladies lift their cases up the stairs. Needs to be a map available to assist people to navigate 2 lifts and a walk through the pool area to avoid stairs.

Property was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was fresh and varied. Cleanliness was very impressive, tables and sides washed down constantly. Close to the town and beaches.

We went during the second half of the Easter holidays and it was so busy. Busier than expected and on previous trips. Lots of children which made mealtimes less relaxing.

As usual everything was as expected. The hotel was spotless, the food very good and the staff helpful and friendly. The solarium was a great place to sun bath away from the masses.

Personnel - very friendly and helpfull - exception occured Some rooms a bit shaby, moisture makes the look in some rooms worse, especially in bathrooms. (as we changed 2 times we saw 3 rooms) Water temperature in shower sometimes going from cold to very warm. All beds are as single beds, if required tied together, but 2 mattresses are anyway not holding together. Food compared to another hotel I have been, its more simple. Fish, meat are very repeating, pasta very basic with not appealing taste. In 3-4 times I was very pleased but usually just going arount to pick something. What was worst is coffee quality. In bacis all inclusive you have all drinks and coffe from automatic machines you serve yourself. Taste of that coffee is terrible, so we paid coffee at the pools, 1,8 EUR per espresso done by staff at bar, (even that one is average taste) Comparing with my experience in another hotel espresso coffee after breakfast at the pool bar done manually was free and good quality (if you have all inclusive you wanna have your morning coffe in hotel not going out to nearest coffee bar). Alcohol drinks are unfortunatelly ALL from automat machines. Wine from tanks by pipe is below average quality and mixed drinks even at the pool bar were so sweet pre mixed (like mojito) from automated machine that after one you dont want another. My previous experience was that some 4 basic drinks like gin-tonic was mixed from normal quality gin from bottle and tonic at pool bar for basic all incllusive. And in gran canaria alcohol is very cheap due to special taxes. So we stayed at hotel mainly with beer or 1-2 glasses of wine for dinner. Usually we rather had 1-2 drinks evenings outside of hotel in bars and restaurants.

Stayed 10 days. I have been in another 4 star all Incl hotel in 2016 so lets compare mainly food and drinks. Both hotels were simple all inclusive (not extra AI). We payed to change room at arrival for higher floor with view. And moved twice, as first option was in centre building just above the stage and was very noisy. So if you wanna quiet place require room at side buildings. At reception after first checkin they were very helpfull to change the room that we were satisfied for the rest of holiday. Personnel - very friendly and helpfull. Very clean. Comfortable bed mattresses, but... (see in dont like..) Food - quite wide variety, you can always choose, best was wariety of starters had simple sushi once, but... (see in dont like..) Drinks (alcohol)... they are all in column I dont like, well beer was ok.
