Excellent All Inclusive with good and assorted snacks and all kind of drinks, including nice cocktails. Excellent location, just 5 min walk to the spectacular dunes. Couple of pools. Animation team.

Room A/C didn’t get cold enough to cool the room. They need more staff to pickup trash and change the garbage. EVERYDAY the trash was overflowing at the pool and cups and plates were all over the ground.

kids attractions and playground is located near rooms. we had room next to playground. very noisy and loud place to have room. you can’t open balcony door because it’s so loud. hotel needs some refurbishment. rooms numbers are missing on walls, our doors were broken because of shower leakage. carpets on corridors are old and dirty.

hotel is located close to the dunes and beach so it’s very convenient. food was good and fresh and tasty. friendly staff.

I really could not find fault with anything except there were some signs of wear and tear in my room though nothing that would prevent me from returning to stay here again.

Although a very big hotel to what I am used to I enjoyed my stay here at the Abora Catarina. I had a quiet room which Jose the hotel manager kindly arranged for me on arrival and was is a perfect position far enough away from the entertainment area so not to disturb me too much. I went all inclusive and since I am vegan I was concerned how much of a selection there would be, but have to say it was adequate and the restaurant staff were extremely personable and very attentive. Rooms were cleaned daily and very much appreciated mine who was Teressa. really could not find fault with anything. There were some signs of wear and tear in my room though nothing that would prevent me from returning to stay here again.

general maintenance level needs improvement. doors in the rooms were in bad shape. you could also ear all the noises and doors slamming in the corridors. water in the shower had no pressure and could suddenly go from boiling hot to freezing cold. i burned myself a couple of times. bed wasn't the most confortable. two 90cm beds but no linen to join them into a king size bed...

The property was fine. the staff is very friendly and helpful. buffet is rich and varied. good worth for the price considering it's full board

Very busy at the pool sometimes, and a lot of the sunbeds are terrible, search for a new one. Fitst time in this hotel, but for me it's to big (to many people)

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly, animation team is doing a good job. The room is very big with a nice balcony. Restaurant is oke, not very special.

For us, the poolside music was too loud at times and though they try to cater for all tastes, i don't think it worked every time. I did note a few others commenting on the same (hard to please everyone).

The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Covid protocols were in place and strictly adhered to without feeling intimidated into 'following rules'. The rooms were comfortable along with the beds and kept very clean. The food was exceptional and a vast range for all tastes, buffet style. For families there was alot of poolside and evening entertainment which i put as a positive for those with children. Not such a positive for those without if you want a peaceful holiday. Having said this, there are areas to go where it is a bit quieter but during our trip there was alot of work being undertaken so there were less 'escape' areas. Overall, one of the best hotels we have had the pleasure of staying at.

Food was really good and tasty. Localisation is great, 5 minutes from the Dunas de Laspalomas. Around lot of pubs, shops, bus stop to the airport. Pools area is great. Staff is amazing, very friendly and they helped us everytime.

the room was cold. I would enjoy some heating or warmer blankets. blankets are there but they are cold themselves so don’t give a relaxing feeling inside the bed. would have loved the singer’s show to start later, started during my dinner and didn’t last too long after. I would have enjoyed some Latin dance night.

The location great , housekeeping could be a bit quieter in the service areas, they woke me up a few tilmes. Staff were very good, adult only area on the roof top could have been much nicer , as other hotels have nicer roof top terraces and you couldn’t get a drink there either so that was poor considering it was all inclusive. . Quailiity of sun beds poor generally , many uncomfortable need replacing Food was very good and varied.Restauarant staff excellent I Probably won’t go back there which is a shame as there were too many children when I was there so not very relaxing . The location is excellent , will choose adult only in the future . Otherwise lovely hotel. Gym wasn’t very well equipped. If your room were above bar then it could be quite noisy at night . Reception staff very good as well and dealt with any issues very professionally.

Just minor points, all in all, I was very satisfied. If I had to name deficiencies: The pool tower system is not running perfectly, when I asked for a pool towel on the day of my arrival, I was told to come back in an hour, there were no clean towels available at the time I asked. And the shower head in the room was broken, probably my own fault it wasn't fixed, since I didn't mind enough to report this. On the other hand, the cleaning staff must have noticed it was broken and they didn't have it fixed either - which I would expect in hotel of this price range. But, as I said, all together these points didn't really matter, I was very happy.

Beautiful, spacious room, excellent food and beverages are inluded, perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. Alltogerther I hat a very enjoyable stay and I hope to return soon.

The only disappointment was the snack bar by the pool- we felt that this could have had better options, e.g. fresh fruit.

Brilliant value for money. Nice, friendly hotel with lots of nice and helpful staff. Very impressed with the rooms and the food- there was a great selection for all meals every day.

My only complaint was the fact that the rooms were not very soundproof (or at least mine). I could hear the guests on the floor above (footsteps, windows opening and closing) or even the sound of water running through pipes. Also, every morning at around 7-8am i could hear everyone who was passing by in the corridor outside my room. Coffee was not good (they have a basic coffee machine)

Very friendly staff doing a great job keeping all the guests happy, one of the strongest assets of the hotel Buffet was very good, unlimited drinks/cocktails and snacks (toasts, burgers, hot dogs, wraps, salads) Room was clean, new and comfy! I couldn't have asked for a better room! Balcony had a nice view to a quiet area of the hotel with palm trees and in the horizon i could see the sea. They had some nice entertaining music shows almost every night which made our evenings even better

The food was never warm, the snack bar served hot food that was cold. Breakfast was terribly cold. Ants all over the balcony in their thousands, we could not sit out there at all. They said maintenance would come but they didn’t.

The only thing that was slightly annoying was the children's entertainment in the evening which was loud and repetitive while we were eating.

A very clean hotel with friendly staff making you feel relaxed. The food was very good with an exceptionally wide choice. Overall the hotel met all of requirements.
