We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicAt first, it is important to say that the price of the apartment was lower than hotels in the neighborhood, and the apartment from the pictures didn't look that good, so our expectations were set very low, and in the end, they were exceeded. The biggest driver for booking this apartment was the space, kitchen, big terrace, and most importantly, free parking. On the other hand, there are too many unnecessary decorations, resulting in lots of dust and mess on the shelves. Keeping this apartment simpler with fewer decorations would help maintain cleanliness better, but all the main areas like the floor were cleaned well, so overall we were satisfied. In the closets, there is also too much additional clutter, such as extra blankets and old junk, so I had to rearrange everything and clean the shelves so we would have somewhere to unpack our things. There was mold in the shower. We only got one toilet paper roll for two people for the whole week, and just one plastic garbage bag (by the way, no possibility for waste sorting) - these are items that cost a few pennies, and having enough of them would have made the stay more pleasant, but we had to go buy them instead. There was quite a bit of washing up liquid in the kitchen, as we cooked every day, but we had to dilute it with water to get the amount we needed. In the bathroom, there were only two small solid soaps and no shampoo. There was no AC, just a ceiling fan in the living room, and outdoor blinds - it was enough for us as the weather wasn't that warm. There was no dishwasher. The kitchen was a mess of old, damaged, poorly washed dishes. It would be better to have just a few plates, two pans, two pots, etc., but a complete, well-washed set that makes sense. This was a big mess, and we had to wash everything again. Nevertheless, it was possible to prepare breakfast and dinner with what was available in the kitchen.
Good value for money, absolutely perfect location, and even in the center of Playa Del Ingles, you have free private parking (otherwise, it would be very challenging to park somewhere). The apartment was spacious and well-cleaned - there was a nice smell after opening the doors, and the whole building was very clean. There were two great pools in a nice garden, along with showers and sunbeds available for free, and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The apartment was spacious, with a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. The host was punctual, very kind, and helpful. It's also a great choice of location for LGBTQ+ individuals who prefer to be close to the Yumbo Center and the gay area. The gay beach is also pretty close, with a nice walk through the dunes. There's a grocery shop across the street, as well as plenty of restaurants, etc.
