We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThey offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but the last ride from the airport is 11pm and the first ride to the airport in the morning is 8am. So we completely missed it since we landed at 11pm and had to leave the hotel at 6:30am. Forcing us to pay €30 for a taxi each way. Also, on a map it looks like the hotel is literally right next to the airport (which it is) but with the highway systems, it was still a 15-20 min ride each way. We hoped they would have extended hours for the kitchen since the hotel is specifically there to serve passengers on layovers from the airport, and many many flights arrive later at night. But they still close early, and had very limited options for after hours. So my vegan girlfriend wasn’t able to eat dinner or breakfast. The amenities seem super nice, but because of our arrival and departure time, we weren’t able to experience any of them. Wish they had extended hours for late arrivals.
it was clean, nice bathroom, and had air conditioning. great amenities, but because of the time of our arrival we weren’t able to use any of them. My girlfriend were only staying there for an overnight layover. So we arrived around 11:30pm and left around 6:30am. By the time we arrived, pretty much everything was closed. But we were able to check in with no problem. When we arrived, the reception was also able to book us a taxi for 6:30am, and they showed up on time the next morning. We were super hungry when we arrived, and despite the kitchen being closed, they still offered to make us a sandwich. They allowed us to choose between a roast beef sandwich or a ham and cheese. And the roast beef sandwich was surprisingly good for an after-hours emergency option. The bed was fairly large, and decently comfortable despite it being a pretty hard mattress. In the morning they had complimentary tea and coffee available to take away. Overall, I wouldn’t rave about this stay… but it served its purpose for exactly what we needed: a decent night of sleep for our overnight layover.

Clean, spacious and nice room. Staff was kind, friendly and supportive to help on all requests. Dinner at the hotel was also nice. Lastly, the hotel is close to the airport.

United StatesI think I covered it all above but I'd say a larger room but that wasn't essential. We had 2 large bags, 2 backpacks, and 2 small personal bags and we were able to fit them in and reorganize without any issues.
The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. The hotel itself is very nice with a great breakfast which is available for a modest price. Our queen room was a bit tight space wise but certainly acceptable. The bed was a bit firm for my tastes but I slept fine. The bathroom is fine with a good size shower/tub. There is a very comfortable chair with ottoman as well as a small office type space with desk and chair. The free wifi was decent. I streamed an episode off of Amazon Prime. The large screen tv offered a decent range of channels but of course all in Spanish which we're still learning. All in all it was a great haven for us as our travel plans were altered, not by us, at the last moment. The front desk person was kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early and the 12 noon checkout was perfect for us. It is a bit remote but it worked well for us because the camper van we were picking up was close by--about 5 miles. The front desk was able to get us a taxi. For some reason Uber wouldn't pick up but not a big issue. Uber did drop us off 2x. Very pleased with our stay! Thank you a million times over.

GermanyThere is no real downside to this hotel, but one might mention a few things that you buy into when going for an airport hotel. There's planes. So it's loud during the day. That's it. The fitness center was missing a few weights, but that isn't really worth complaining about.
Service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, I could check in early and check out late. I announced that I might need some help, but I didn't expect them to just do that on such short notice. Everything was very modern, room service was basically "invisible", but my room was always immaculate.
