One of the waiters at the pool bar was beyond rude but the rest were lovely. There is nothing to dislike about the property at all .

The apartment was beautiful, had everything in that you needed and was large and airy , beautiful balcony and very comfy beds . Washing machine was a bonus .

The smell in the main bathroom just beside the sittingroom.

I liked everything about that apartment. Especially the 2 terraces. Beds are very comfortable. Very secured place to stay. Dalila is a lovely lady. Thank you for our amazing holidays.

The apartmens is located in very calm place. In the evening there is no activites. Jus few restorants.

The apartmens was great. The poll was warm, very clean, nice gardens and good pool bar.

The bed linen needs to be replaced, especially the single beds. As do the towels. You can be unlucky with your neighbours as we were! They were very noisy up above us and adjacent to us. The quiet after 10pm didn’t seem to apply! Not sure who is checking on this. Also a lot of noisy music in the evening from the adjacent Bahia Principe hotel.

The whole complex was lovely, although a little distance away from the rest of the hotels, shops and restaurants. And the return is up a hill so not ideal for someone who is waiting for a knee replacement like my husband.

Having to use a key to get into and out of the pool area was a minor chore and the bath didn't fill properly but no major concerns.

Large ground level apartment with large patio area including table and sun loungers. Lots of room in the apartment and two bathrooms really useful for families. The food at the poolside restaurant was excellent and amazing value for money. Bit of a trek to the Commercial Centre (1 mile) but half way there by the coast are a number of restaurants with amazing views of sunset over La Gomera.

Sun beds being held by towels everyday. Location does require taxis to get most places.

Location wasn't great , u need a taxi to go anywhere.

Location was a bit out of the way. Need a car really. Apartment needs updating as was a bit tired but was clean. Some of the electrical sockets were a bit loose. The third bed in our apartment was very uncomfortable with very thin mattresses. As a result, we doubled up the 2 singe mattresses to make 1 single bed and I slept on the sofabed. We were put into a smaller apartment than the one we booked due to unexpected damage to the one we had booked. This was disappointing but we did get a partial refund so that was okay.

Loved the pool area, not too busy. Food and drinks at the bar restaurant were excellent. Apartment was okay, was fine for our needs. Siam park was a total waste of money. Queue forever unless you pay extra and the signage around the park was terrible. So many people wandering around looking for the beach or a certain ride. We left early.

Quite a few things were broken - the shower door, the coffee pot, cracked mirror, smashed remote control and both showers leaked a lot of water onto the floor when used. Also the lady who checked us in didn't have English and didn't tell us details like wifi password or which keys did what. The 150 deposit in cash caught me off guard too, I had to go to the nearest bank machine to withdraw it! Got it back at the end of the week though.

Nice quiet location which suited our family perfectly. Apartment was pretty well equipped despite the few breakages and it was great to have the washing machine and two showers! Also fantastic to be provided with pool towels as well as showering towels. The aircon was much needed and I found our bed very comfortable. The pool area is nice and big and the pool bar has a pretty decent menu.

A few more pillows on the beds would be great and 2/3 bedrooms don’t have any mirrors in them.

The complex is very secure with constant security, the apartment itself was immaculately clean and spacious.

The apartments were fairly comfortable but could do with fans in the rooms so guests can have privacy as the only AC was in the living room. The entrance into the shower wasn't well cleaned, could do with some bleach and there was water damage on the door and the living room walls

Irene was fantastic! She was friendly, welcoming and professional. She couldn't have done any better. I believe for Dalila there was some language barrier. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

A bit far out, we had to rely on buses and taxis. The third bedroom had no window so this should not be called a bedroom.

The only downside, if you can call it that - there is no door for the upper bedroom. The architecture wouldn't allow it. But still, the stairs were good enough for us.

The apartment was amazing. We had everything we needed for a week. The two terraces were much appreciated. As well as the two bathrooms. The kitchen was also equipped with everything you might need - even the dishwasher. The apartment was perfectly clean, it was cosy and comfortable as a home. We will visit again!
