Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMany guests including ourselves were fustrated during our stay that you couldn’t get a sunlounger until 10am due to the staff working hours - we believe this needs to be at least 9am if not 8am as these are wasted hours when the majority of the guests wanted to be in the sun from day dot. The prices of drink and food are on the pricy side compared to local area. The sunloungers are extremely uncomfy so they charge 3 euros for a ‘comfy’ bed you can put on them. Minigolf is ridiculously small and we were made aware that this also came at a cost which we believe should be free or max 1 euro not 3/4 euros per person. Lastly, the apartments are not the most modern and do not have the best kitchenette but I suppose you get what you pay for - could’ve done with extra utensils and an oven and just overall a bit more space.
Spacious room - there was 4 of us and we had an apartment for 6 people which had two rooms and a huge living room that had two single sofa beds (we didn’t realise these were single beds but I think you could put them together if needed). Excellent pool area which was relaxing and had a really good atmosphere every day (we felt as though they could have some music which I think was mutual as many groups played their own music on speakers) - not the warmest of pools but with the heat we had whilst we was there it was lovely to jump into. Ideal location - many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc as well as the beach all within walking distance. We also walked to Las Americas one night and it only took around 25-30 minutes (we did a taxi another night and this was around 5-10 minutes). Cleanliness is 5 star - housekeeping was round daily and always did a fantastic job, there was also cleaners around the resort daily mopping/cleaning.

United KingdomThe room was tatty, old, bathroom was so small you had to sit on the loo side on. Not enough plug sockets, had to iron on the hob! Had to dry my hair using a phone mirror. Really small room for 4 people, cockroaches and couldn’t open the bathroom vent as it stank of fish. Receptionist doesn’t even look up when you walk in, very insecure and I was on the ground floor.
The reception areas and pool areas are lovely.
