The only thing is too little staff at the restaurant during breakfast.

The apartment and all the facilities are very neat and clean. Staff is caring and friendly. We got support even after we left the property. Nice pools, our son especially liked the indoor one. There were enough sun beds by the outdoor pools. There are several food stores, pharmacy and lots of restaurants near the hotel, easy to get to Marbella city centre by bus. The beach is also nearby. Elviria is a nice place with beautiful nature!

This has more to do with some guests than the hotel itself: but despite the clear advertised hotel policy to not claim sunbeds at the pool, certain guests claimed large amounts of beds (and than were absent most of the time). A group from Scotland felt the need to claim their teritory daily ;-). Nevertheless there were now plenty sunbeds at the pool for everyone especially this early in the season but this might be different in high season.

We loved our stay here. Nice and very spacious appartment, beautiful swimmingpool, great breakfast and shops/restaurants/beach on walking distance. One of the doors to the balcony had to be fixed, but this was very quickly repaired even in the weekend. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The restaurant at breakfast time was a bit chaotic and none of the tables were being cleared dirty dishes everywhere not a great choice and sausages raw. We only ate there one day.

The Apartment's were so spacious spotlessly clean with everything you could think of in them. The most comfortable bed Iv ever slept in. Really nice pool area. Staff were so nice and efficient when checking in. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Only one small slight negative was the 6 and 8 bed apartments include 2 x sofa beds instead of 3 & 4 double rooms! But this didn’t affect our stay at all!

The location & venue itself was beautiful! Myself and my friends all raved about how comfortable it was too, very spacious and the value for money was excellent! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

I had half board paid but when I did check out, they want me to pay more for breakfast. This was not acording to price on Booking. Also, there are not drinks included in half board for dinner, you have to pay even water. But, on the other side I have to say, that, they let us late check out at 12 for free, we had sick child.

The beds were too soft to our taste. The chefs were a little too heavy on the salt.

Apartment had all we needed and were cleaned every 3 days. The floor is a bit cold in April so take some house shoes or warm anti-slip socks for kids. The hotel has all you need to entertain yourself and kids. The indoor pool is heated so we enjoyed a lot of swims in it with our one year old. The outdoor pool is a rather cold this time of year. The sauna is old fashioned but very clean. The location is great, the beach is 5min away, the shops and restaurants too. There is a playground and an adventure park close. We had the half-cord 2 weeks long. Breakfasts were great a lot to choose from, fresh omelette, bread, fruits… The dinners were good but not a gastronomic enlightenment. Yet a lot to choose from and we always could find something to feed the one year old with. Many high chairs are available. The staff of the resort is suuuper friendly and suuuper nice with kids! Also very helpful with our stroller.

We had a 3 bed apartment, it was very big. Each bedroom has a double bed and bathroom, plus an extra bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. 3 balconies so sun all day. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful

The buildings need exterior painting. The pool bar was expensive €19 1 x wine 1 x coke 1 x water . Didn't get a receipt, so I'm not sure of the prices. We only got one clean in a week.

the location was not the best. would of have to get uber/taxis but the area is very relaxed and quiet.

The big room was very spacious. The indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing. The restaraunt in the hotel was lovely and staff were so friendly.

Great location staff are always lovely and helpful! We always enjoy the Alanda atmosphere. Food is also very nice we don’t do half board just eat there when we feel like it but if you were half board you wouldn’t be disappointed as buffet are fabulous. Once again a lovely stay.

Inside pool was tired and hot tub cold - whole area needs a revamp. Walls are tired and paint coming off.

Rooms were out of this world ! We never expected such a huge apartment with so many bathrooms and balconies it was just the best hotel ! Amazing views of the sea and pool too! Well worth the money it was outstanding value ! We will be back!
